Why hasn't CA made the connection between Zanny's taking Caylee on June 16th and then Zanny having an accident in Tampa on June 27th, 28th and 30th? They were all hanging out together in Jacksonville with Hopkins, including Zanny, on June 27th-30th.

CA, in telling the story and making sure the Officer gets it right, never once says anything about how it makes no sense that KC is hanging out with the women that kidnapped her daughter 10 days earlier.

According to Tony's posts on SM, the computer had the blue screen when Lee arrived to pick up Casey's belongings. Casey had been using it when Cindy showed up. That indicates to me that it was Casey who was madly deleting things. She must have deleted something that kept the computer from restarting once it was shut down.

You're right. I didn't know we had info re Tony's posts on SM, or that he'd backed up Lee's story. It just seems almost incredible how luck keeps favoring Casey.

Hi Friday This film obviously owed it's popularity to the horror of this possibility, but in reality everything we've learned in the 50 years since about personality development and learned behavior has been, as you say, undoing this frightening myth, and concludes sociopaths are not born. It honestly bothers me that movies like this--that exploit fears of demon seeds and psycho genes by suggesting that even wise, caring, child-centered and responsible parents who discipline consistently and appropriately are nevertheless helpless to train up empathic, well-adjusted children--subtly blameshift, excuse away and undermine those very well established links...

For any who believe KC eg is a true, coldblooded sociopath, most mental health experts have reached a widely shared conclusion that sociopaths are NOT in fact born this way--rather to the contrary they've amassed a wealth of research and clinical evidence to prove this is instead largely determined by parenting extremes during childhood. But it sure gave everyone a good scare!! JMO

What a great point! I have been following all these twists and turns of the case, and that one is perhaps the most profound! This should definitely be referenced in the prosecutions arguments and closing statements!

Yup, CA was reporting what KC had told her. CA still doesn't put two and two together and to this day continues to perpetuate KC's lies. CA still maintains that Caylee was kidnapped by ZFG, even when she is telling LE that she is repeating a lie that obviously proves that Caylee couldn't have been kidnapped. That's some hard core delusion in my book.

Such great points! I think LA deleted everything in that 2 hour window he was at TL's apt. He should be held on obstruction charges just for that! And isnt there a way to get into the laptops harddrives and restore that info???

I thought the laptop had the blue screen problem. I had it. It can be "fixed" but does involve wiping out all information. I had a tech guy come and download my info. prior to the fix. Then you reload all software. If there was a blue screen problem, the info should still be there...unless someone was in the process of trying to fix it and didn't get the info off the hard drive.

She did know it was a lie.

"Zanny had a concussion," Cindy told investigators.

Cindy said she doesn't believe any of it now and that she doesn't believe Caylee was with Zanny.

"I think that Zanny, at this point, was a real person in the beginning, but I think Zanny is now whoever's watching Caylee," Cindy said.

"Do you think we're spinning our wheels looking for a Zanny?" an investigator asked.

"I'm not sure. I have two theories. I think Zanny could either be Amy or Jesse at this point," she told them.
