Located? I see no updates in MSM, but Isaias is not listed on either the Greater Los Angeles or State of California Missing Persons websites.

LAPD Missing Person - LAPD Online

Missing Person Search
I doubt that he has been found. LA County is usually good at updating on SM. He went missing on Oct 18, and missing cases in CA usually take longer than that to appear in the Attorney General's archive (if they ever do. It depends on when, or if, they are reported by the LE agencies. If I remember correctly, LA county does report them, but not all of the LE agencies in the state do. I've also never found the LAPD missing person archive to be up-to-date, and it is for the city of Los Angeles. I don't believe it covers cases that are being handled by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Office.)
