Right! Receipts... pictures.. something. Not saying they don't have it, but then show it (which the pro's didn't, even on redirect)
Looking at old posts, timelines, etc. in the last week, I recall seeing transfers from Joey to Dan for very small amounts, like $25 or $30 in the week or so before the 4th. He can afford to go to Hawaii but has to ask for those small amounts of money to live?
Cathy Russon, who is tweeting for L&C and is in the courtroom... said in chat about 10 minutes ago that the defense will be calling Dan as a witness. Meaning... the pro's won't be. This tells me the pro's know there are issues when it comes to Dan. I really want to hear his testimony.
ETA: even cell phone records would show where he was, wouldn't they?
Anyone know where DK supposedly stayed on Oahu? I could check it out.![]()
DuGal is done... I didn't hear who they called to the witness stand.. but they are at sidebar right now
I have considered Joey being 'tied' up to get the password as well. My only issue with that is that we have no indication that Joey actually changed the pswd, and because we know that CM already had the password, he would have no need to 'get' it. I believe that Quickbooks would have had a log of the password change considering they kept logs of when it was accessed, what was done, etc.
If CM was able to access the account on the 2nd, Joey became aware of it the morning of or before the meeting with Chase on the 4th... why wouldn't Joey change his password immediately? That is just not logical to me at all. We know he had access to it on his phone, he had access to it at home... change the password before it happens again! JMO
Good question. I think something big must’ve went down for him to murder the whole family, I just can’t get my head around why they all had to die. If he had killed Joey in a rage it would have been easier to take but to murder innocent babies is pure evil and shows premeditation.I have never used Quickbooks so I'm not familiar with the program. I'm wondering if an email would have been generated and sent to Admin notifying them of any password changes, as is the normal policy for many companies? Not sure if Quickbooks did this or not back then.
I agree that it would seem logical that if Joseph had any suspicions that he would have immediately changed the Quickbooks password. In addition, I have always wondered why, after realizing that funds were missing from his bank account, why did he not immediately put a hold on his bank account until he got it sorted out? We know he talked to his bank and had the time and opportunity to do so. We know he did not do this because Chase was able to cash those additional checks in the days after his disappearance.
So, were the financials really as important to Joseph and the catalyst for what happened? Or did something else go down that day?
that's bugging me - I didn't clearly hear her name but for some reason the defense wasn't ready for the state to call this witness. and she cannot return to testify until January 29th so she must be from out of state or something.DuGal is done... There is without a doubt a valid record of it somewhere if true. TSA has it!Surely airlines keep records longer than 4 years? We're talking electronic bookings in 2010, not just paper records.
