This paint expert person is putting me to sleep...
Where they looked:
A stain by the master bathroom... staircase... door frame by the bathroom, an area that came back as positive for blood... kitchen by the wall by the office, another positive, took sample... swab of the wall by the stairs ...
The detective said in his affidavit that there appeared to be a missing robe in the home. McGee asking, did he know if there were normally 2 robes in the house? he says "no"
Is there any evidence from in that house that shows you that the crime happened in that house... he says No, but he believes it did.
*We now know, they have zero evidence from the house, no blood, etc.
ETA: It's JMO that they have no evidence from the house, that's my interpretation of what he said. Also, I think the fact that the State didn't ask about these things, is telling. Again IMO
it's like watching paint dry...

That he was ripping off Joey back in 2007. Using Joey's pumps in his fountains and claiming a fountain was finished to get a payment from Joey to meet his financial obligations when it wasn't finished. She told Joey about this at the time. What was the point of that woman that worked with Chase testifying?
And now we are on lunch!
So, what does everyone think of this mornings testimony?
This information seems inconsistent to me.

About the hands, if they were cut off there should be marks on the bone
McGee sounds like a dick. Sorry. I hate his tone. I hate that sing-songy variation to his
questions.
