so after this 10 minute break the judge will have to decide if this video will be admitted. I bet it was VERY expensive to make, so the state is going to fight hard to get it in.

The defense didnt seem to have that strong of an argument to get it banned. They nit picked about the parking lights not being included, but I am not sure how that affects the results. They tried to imply the mathematician was biased against Chase, but I don't think that worked...I didnt hear the entire cross because of the sound issues though...

Exactly, NOT an "expert" presented by the pros, IMO. Meaning they had an expert FOR their cause/theory. Just to be clear.

To me, when the "witness" testifies he had NO IDEA that the video he was to evaluate was related to a homicide and the results appear to be CONFIRMED by the prosecution, the truck in question, that means an OBJECTIVE party has confirmed their observation/theory has been CONFIRMED by a 3rd party, IMO
