I hope the juror that got into an accident is okay

I have a request if you can .... they keep writing on a calendar (with Feb 2010) there... I believe it's to the left of the witness stand.... would love a picture of it LOL I think because of where the juror's sit and where they have the calendar, the video never gets a shot of it!

No just downstairs because I’m reading / posting here. And watching prev testimony on YouTube. Some of the jurors are directly outside the courtroom and I don’t want to glance over to my phone and see info on the case

Yes that's what I was theorizing but Merritt called Cathy at c9.30 pm from Mira Loma, which means if he left his phone anywhere that afternoon it was near Mira Loma or further south, coming from Fallbrook.

I have said previously when the jury hears CMs interview the hair on the back of their neck will stand up.

The only way for CM to know he was the last person to see Joey alive is because he was right there when Joey took his last breath of life.

It was that interview iirc that convinced me back then if a suspect was ever arrested for murdering the McStay family it would be CM..

IIRC didn't his actual name show up on caller ID? I thought that was in the prelim testimony.

hmmm if his actual name showed up that would mean QB's had his name/number previously and linked it. Caller ID should have showed Cathy Jarvis, shouldn't it have? The phone was in her name IIRC. Did names even show up with cell phones in 2010? I don't even know if they do now lol Everyone that calls me is already in my directory so their names come up on my house/cell phone.

I don't have VM on my cell phone and haven't for years. I'm Canadian, but I do recall having to put a PIN in. I just asked my daughter who has VM, she says yes, she has to put a PIN in.

Just my 2 cents.

That’s so weird as I just call my voicemail up and I have access to them. Coz my voicemail is specific to my phone number so nobody else would want access so a pin seems redundant and too much hassle.

I don’t think I can Missy. The judge has said before that the ONLY people permitted to take pictures/video are the ones who were given permission after submitting a request.

However I think the guy sitting on the bench next to me is the video guy. I ‘ll ask him
