Here is my ? about having the numbers: Even in 2010, you needed the CC #'s AND the security code #'s on the back of a card, as well as the expiration date to purchase anything over the phone/online etc. To me, this is CM trying to "cover" his tracks, once again in his life.

Even Dan said that Joey let CM use them.

I would have to think that Chase didn't have his own CC's and his credit was probably not good, just from what we know about him. It's quite possible that Joey, being the person he is, did give it to him.

In the arrest "Press Conference" of CM, the Inv SAID they have "evidence" that put CM at/in the grave sites. Whether they meant the phone "pings," or DNA, is yet to be seen in court, IMO.

I think if his DNA was found in the graves we would have heard by now. I can’t see that being what he meant. I did read that they wanted to test his brother though. Haven’t heard what became of it.

Yep, I agree, we would have heard if his DNA was in the grave already, wasn't even in OS's lol

IIRC the brother was tested in late December... wonder why? I know the defense did find 3 unidentified DNA profiles ... but who knows how that got there? on the blanket? on the hammer? backpack?

We DON'T know ANY forensic results from the graves, other than the bodies and how they were murdered.

I am finally all caught up with testimony... bring on tomorrow! :D:D:D:D

I am left with some questions after Hanke's testimony, if I can put a cohesive post together later I will ;-) lots and lots of notes! LOL

The ONLY 1 I have heard so far, it was from Summer's Bra. And that could mean also ANYONE who had unpacked her clothes during move in, IMO.

I can still see this though if the Custom account was only used for the stuff between Joey and Chase. There is no way that I can see her being okay with the way they did things. Not if she didn't like Chase!

BUT, I just finished listening to Hanke's testimony, the defense is definitely going with the "hiding from DK" thing, McGee asks a bunch of questions about the timing of the change in Custom account and the change in DK/Joey business relationship, that he finally got "rid of DK". Chase seemed to know a bit about the DK situation, but I don't think he knew it all? He also thought that DK had always lived in Hawaii

But that is not what he said, right? He said it was because of Summer?

@Tortoise since you are around, maybe you know this answer...

The 4200 series of cheques... were these blank cheques? To be put through the printer when printing the cheques.

To be clear... did they already have the EIP info, the cheque #, the account #, or was this info also printed when printing the cheque?

And if they are blank cheques... do we have pics of them?
41.58 in the video shows one of them

Who's brother ? CM's or Joey?

But that is not what he said, right? He said it was because of Summer?
I dunno! LOL I don't recall that the first time I heard the interview (specific to the QB's), and the 2nd, I skipped over some of his longggggggg stories and may have missed it. I do recall the bit about Joey hiding the finances from Summer though.

hmm yep, those are the cheque's already gone through the bank. I'm curious about how they were printed to begin with. Doing a bit of research, they can be ordered specifically for Quickbooks, but also notice that there is a "word template" that can be used as well... it only stood out to me because that was one of the sites that was in the "search history" that was later accessed on the 8th.

I remember you posting about missing cheques, and a chunk of them missing from a stack in Joey's office? Just wondering which cheques... the cheque book one's or the QB one's and were they blank? and did we see a pic? (I'm thinking we haven't)

I think it gave him more time to plan what he was going to do.

I don’t believe for one second if he is guilty that he didn’t leave home that afternoon knowing he was going to kill them. That was his only option in his mind.

It's an interesting perspective. Is it just coincidence that Joey and he have a time gap in calls between 1 & 3 that day? (actually do we know if Chase took calls during that 1 to 3 time period?)

I haven't posted about missing cheques, must have been someone else.

I have read about missing cheques but I don't know who posted the info. Since they're missing they won't have pics of them.

It doesn't make any sense that a switch from Online to Desktop would hide anything from Summer. Living in the same house she could access Desktop just as easily as she could access Online.

He hadn't got his story quite worked out back in 2010 when the detectives visited.

Seems these defense attorneys know more about what Joey intended than Chase did!

CM has more holes in all of his stories, than holes found in swiss cheese or a kitchen sifter. He drips lies. Ha!

I don't believe a word of what the defense tries to twist.

Their stories, and excuses are as ridiculous, and as illogical as their client's lies. They have become his surrogates now to carry on his legend of lies.

Some believe CM is so credible, and truthful. Well we all know for genuine truthtellers, the truth remains the same, and doesn't change.

Every inconsistent statement he has ever made is going to bite him in his conning butt.

That's the thing about conmen pathological liars, they lie so much they can't even keep all of their lies straight.

Juries pay very close attention to any and all inconsistent statements made by the accused, and fortunately, from the first time LE interviewed, until he stopped running his mouth, they will have a mother lode of written transcribed statements to painstakingly go through.

So fine, let the defense spin another one, adding it to the list, that is inconsistent to what CM told others. More the merrier, I say! Ha.

Imo

Rewatching one of his CNN Interviews: CM actually said that he "went into the house for less than 3 minutes," I wonder why?

Ohhhh, they actually showed footage of the "Parking Mall" and there is 0 evidence of the MC's leaving that parking lot !!!!

I have NEVER heard or seen that on that day the MC's were NOT shown on camera leaving THAT Shopping Mall !!

Stay tuned people, we have YET to hear what the Pros has gathered in this case. Oh MY !!!!

Because less than 3 minutes wouldn’t allow for accessing QB, aligning the checks and the subsequent printing and deleting lol. Seriously! He maybe timed his acts and therefore knew if wouldnt fit. “If he couldn’t align, print and delete within 3 minutes, you must acquit!”
