Who deleted them?

No one knows. The defense keeps asking about it LOL When the video's get uploaded, Ryan Smith was back on the stand and it was brought up again, but of course, I got a phone call!!!:mad::mad:

I have my own theory ... lol but will wait to see what the evidence shows. I don't know when they got the VM's. And I don't know much about the VM's that they did find (was it full again?)

I was so bummed that real life called today and I was off the grid. Really grateful for all your posts. But when I heard the word ALLELES I was soooo glad I wasn't here. And disheartened to hear they haven't figured out the video and audio? What's wrong with these people?

Drip by drip.
I don't know if the evidence coming out this way is good or bad.
Are the jurors ruminating about these tid bits they are receiving, or, are they forgetting these details as this trial drags on and on, whilst they live their daily lives?
I cannot imagine what the surviving family members are going through.
Court shut down again because Judge has an appointment.
I know that the McStay family lives hours each way from this courtroom.
I'm positive this is a hardship for them to get to this courtroom.

There was 0 DNA evidence CM was EVER a passenger in the Trooper. However, we DO find his DNA on the steering wheel, 4 wheel drive lever AND the radio/temperature controls. THIS IS A FACT, so far.

That check written from EIP #1010:
To: Cathy Jarvis for $3000, memo line: Chase SOS made me sad.

JMarsh stated that DNA was found in the graves, 4 years after Murders. Then LE should have been able to prove by DNA that CM was a passenger in the Trooper. But there was no DNA of CM on passenger side.

No matter the outside temperature I bet CM was sweating like crazy but is it true that sweat does not contain DNA?

That is an excellent point!

It has to be excruciating. The gravity of the crime may be lost in all this? Especially those two sweet children IMO, it all becomes about the defendant . His rights to a fair trial. The victims seem to become secondary. But that's how the system works, it seems. Fair and just. And IMO loooong drawn out in California. It is what it is.

Video was pretty decent for me on Chrome, but tomorrow's another day, another adventure with L & C.
I like science, I find it fascinating, and although it's never been a professional calling for me, I've used it in my life without thinking about it.
The witness, Jones, was stellar if you wanted someone to explain DNA. I'd say he's one of, if not the best witness for DNA analysis of the many trials that I've watched.
I think the defense blew it in their cross. The witness was more knowledgeable about the subjects that the defense threw at him than the defense pretended to be, IMO.
He didn't speculate, he gave the findings of his data.

Here's something I ran across ages ago;

"Objectivity in science is an attempt to uncover truths about the natural world by eliminating personal biases, emotions, and false beliefs. It is often linked to observation as part of the scientific method. It is thus intimately related to the aim of testability and reproducibility."

I believe that's exactly what Mr. Jones did in his testimony.

I’m wondering how they feel about the snail’s pace and ending for lunch today on the fact that there was no DNA on
Summer’s panties or bra cup. blech...

But it was the defense experts that found the DNA in the graves, not the State. So they couldn't find that either.

They ALSO couldn't find anything in the Fallbrook house.

Any of Joey's fingerprints on checks? CM is left handed. Was Joey left or right? If Joey was right handed then can't a handwriting specialist distinguish that?

I liked Jones. He had a nice voice to listen to if you had to sit and listen to DNA stuff LOL Some experts are just so very hard to listen to!

I think what the defense was asking was more to do with what they plan to present. We'll see.

Good point, and I hope they have one. Has anyone ever gone back and looked at all the cheques together, the signatures I mean? Even known cheques from Joey... his signature isn't always the same, but I'm not an expert either, so JMO lol Personally, my own signature isn't always the same, but I do have 1 very distinct thing that I do that people that know me, know what it is, and know that it would be me ;-) I even let my kids' teachers in on it back in the day... so no kid could fake a "mom note" LOL
