Sometimes with these lawyers... their voices or mannerisms get to me so much that it makes me dislike them! LOL Same with witnesses.

I sure hope not because with Maline's shrilly voice, and constant hostile mannerism he may be in deep doo with the jury if he's grating on their last nerve.

I understand NOT having court on Friday's (County Unions are 2 blame), however, I have NEVER seen courts adjourn as much as Michael Smith's, EVER in a 20 year LE career. Just wow and beyond me.

I was wondering about that, too. How often do they have these tournaments? I had a friend that went to the World Series of Poker every year. Think it was in Jersey?? Maybe Atlantic City?

Are they implying that Merritt is a poker player? Sharp enough to enter tournaments? Why would the defense want to go there?
