CA Judge Derek Johnson's breach of judicial ethics

By trying to diminish the defendant’s culpability and only sentencing him to six years, this judge doesn’t sound like a judge at all but more like an “accessory after the fact.”

I suspect that some will be taking a hard look at his rulings for the past few years. I think if I were a sex crimes victim and he ruled on my case, I would be reviewing the sentencing.
