Has the brother been thoroughly investigated? This whole story sounds weird and part of me thinks that he is involved somehow. I hate to think that way but things just don't add up at all.

I wonder if he tried to smoke or something out the back and fell out. It was mentioned he had substance abuse issues and that makes people do weird things to try to hide what they are doing.

Who was the last person to see him upright?

I know addicts can be taxing mentally and emotionally. I wonder if KG chose to ride in the back and at one of their stops the brother realized he had used and was high/drunk/etc. They are headed to a competition and the brother just cant deal with him. Maybe he got pissed and left him at that stop. Or maybe alongside whatever freeway/road they were traveling. KG, in his altered state trips and falls in to traffic. IDK. The whole story is just...strange.

I agree that odds are, to cast a wide net, there was some evidence of substance abuse among the other evidence and that's why the specifics were never released. Brother may have omitted or altered some details related to how fed up he was at the time and may have in hindsight dearly wished he'd been paying more attention.

My thoughts and prayers are with all who loved Kevin :(

So the victim fell out of the trailer. But the brother didn’t notice he was missing when he arrived? Do the doors auto-close and latch? Wouldn’t the brother have noticed a door unlatched or swinging open when he pulled in?

that area is really rural though. you have to make an effort to walk out onto the 99, thats why i think its so weird that so many pedestrian fatalities have happened there.

RIP Kevin

It sounds like he fell out while they were travelling. Wonder if there will be further updates?

I wonder if the two brothers got into a fight, pulled over on the side of the highway and Kevin got out? There's something that isn't making sense, hasn't since the beginning. If Kevin was under the influence of meth, it might have been difficult to stay in close confines with him.

Whatever the case, it's a tragedy for the whole family :(
