I don't know where Jessica Van Sack is getting her info but according to her:

1985: John and Linda Sohus of San Marino disappear, last seen in February by Christopher Crowe Mountbatten Chichester, a man claiming to be the son of a British aristocrat and the lone tenant of their guest house. Authorities come to believe Chichester is an alias of Gerhart Streiter. Relatives and friends receive postcards from Paris signed by Linda Sohus, but investigators are unable to determine if the handwriting is the missing woman’s.


Chichester leaves the guest house in April. 1988:


A truck belonging to the Sohuses turns up 3,000 miles away in Greenwich, Conn. A man calling himself Christopher Crowe had tried to sell it to the son to a local minister. Rather than buy it, he reports it to police. Authorities determine Chichester and Crowe are the same person.

The fact that he was using dummy police cruisers to try to protect his house in addition to building a bunker does make me wonder if there could be any truth to a German spy angle. - Just that he seemed to be trying to scare off people who might be intimidated by police protection?

Of course this could be just trying to shore up whatever story he told Sandra.
I'm sure he had some story he told Sandra about why his past was such a secret - no SS, family, etc. I do not know her well but I did work with her and she is extremely smart - and my impression was that she was an honorable/good person. That makes this very difficult to understand - he must have had some convincing 'evidence' beyond just stories to make her believe his version of the past.

Such a secret may help to explain why Clark Rockefeller went to such bizarre lengths to hide any official recording of his marriage on Nantucket to Sandra Boss a dozen years ago by neglecting to have the license entered at the town hall.

true but there is a difference when you live with someone for that many years. She had a child with him after they had been married several years so apparently 6 years into the relationship she still felt comfortable with him. There must have some kind of compelling story he gave behind it all if it took over 10 years to unravel. Hard to understand.

I checked, and you have to be friends with Christian Streider to view his entire profile. His "friends" look to also be about the age of the guy pictured on the profile. It is interesting that his "friends" are from all over the world, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, London, Turkey, France, Germany, Berlin, Brazil, Washington DC, India. Maybe there are people who are that "international" in their profiles, but that seems a bit odd. I don't use Facebook a lot. I only have an account so that I can view other accounts. I prefer MySpace - even though the rest of the world seems to be the exact opposite.

Don't disparage Harvard. Sandra Boss is not listed as a graduate in the Harvard Alumni database. Every single alumnus/alumna of Harvard, including Harvard Business School is listed. I have yet to see any reference to her graduate class at Harvard Business School. Waterviews wrote: I agree: Let's not let Sandra Boss off too easy. It's obvious these ivy-league schools aren't handing out diplomas in common sense. Didn't I read that he also wooed her twin sister? Ewww. That girl's got a lot of splainin' to do.

Although the person stating the theory uses the wrong name, David instead of Clark, his thought that McKinsey & Co. wanted security clearance for Sandra and spouse makes sense. I believe Raytheon has that requirement at a certain level of employment.

That makes sense. All of a sudden they're doing a background check and he won't provide info or he gives her a load of bulls... and the security people run it and find out it's not true.

Clark's lawyer, Stephen Hrones, is talking on Fox. Not certain what to say about him, he seems to express disbelief that anyone would consider CR a kidnapper and doesn't acknowledge the finger print connection to the CA case.

I saw that. It's amazing what utter crock comes out of his mouth. He claimed they're going to dispute the legality of the custody issue. He's claiming on other programs that CR has amnesia about his early life.

He knew him "socially" prior to all this, so of course, he can't be guilty. (Said in a snarky tone!) If LE proves the fingerprints are the same then his client is the same person.
