Robert Franco Rivera The National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs) parents last heard from him in 1963 but Namus has his LKC as July 1977 and a military ID/photo. Perhaps that LKC is the date he was discharged? Very little detail so while height is the same as the UID, the weight is listed as 20lb more. Where did the weight figure originate? Was this from family's recollections from 1963, or from military records)? His missing record is from Oxnard, only 60 miles from where the UID was found. Could he have left the military, been late to join the 70s revolution, grown his hair and got a tattoo?
