We need verification of when Isidro last saw her(Friday? MOO)...
Is he working on another ranch in Moutain Center?
Is he working on another ranch in Moutain Center?
Were there any witnesses to these papers she purportedly signed? I smell only coercion or forgery.
When was the last truly confirmed sighting of her?
No accident, this reads like a plot.

Exactly. California notaries were an essential business so they never closed down and remote notarization was never and is never allowed in California. I was able to get a document notarized last April when we were on stay at home orders. Many notaries work in shipping services which were also considered essential and therefore never closed down either.Well personally I have had to get documents notarized in California & you have to show up "in person" with ID/picture. You have to get the notarized person's stamp on the papers themselves & they log it into their books. So not too sure this was done "remotely" even though it was during COVID.

I am a California notary. I would never risk a lawsuit or being jailed for notarizing without the actual person being present. Friend or not. I’m allowed to notarize for friends even though it is discouraged but am not allowed to do so for family.I had a friend that was a notary - so I had no problems finding one at least - but she still needed to see my ID/picture - even though she knew me....

Glad you chimed in. It is a big mystery why and if it was Dia signing those papers, especially how she ended up missing weeks after, to others advantage. I have a question for you, Notary @Suglo.I am a California notary. I would never risk a lawsuit or being jailed for notarizing without the actual person being present. Friend or not. It is very strange that KH would elude to her walking down to the horses if talking about the Garner Valley property. I've been to the gates of the Ranch and looked on the map as to where the garner property is. If he is claiming she walked there I don't believe a word of it. The main ranch/house is a very long way up a mostly deserted road. It's way back there! There is no way she walked to Garner Valley. No one would! So I must have read that wrong or something.
I am still of a belief that she was gone prior to being reported by KH. It is so secluded back there that he could have taken her to another state and come back undetected. I heard him talk about law enforcement but if he was an officer it would have to be before his own arrests that are on his record. He strikes me as dumb like a fox. He would know that no body no crime....even though he has spoken of her in past tense since early on...
You can always refuse to notarize if you really think someone is not who they say they are but I’m sure 99.9% of notaries would just notarize and that’s that. I’ve seen Notaries in stores such as the UPS store who have lines out the door waiting to have docs notarized. I can tell they don’t have time to vet the documents or the people who present them.Glad you chimed in. I was a Notary 25 yrs. ago for my corporation. Ended up notarizing all kinds of documents from employees. Although I would never consider going against the law or the rules, I ran into people (especially the top executives) wanting me to overlook the rules. I wouldn't, but I once did have the feeling I was being fooled. My memory is vague on the matter now, but here's what I remember. The person looked (kind of) like the ID pic and had the proper ID, etc., but I got the feeling they might not be the actual person.
Of course, it'd matter if the Notary was familiar with Dia from the past. What if this Notary wasn't? My question is what could a Notary do if someone disguised to look like Dia presented all the necessary ID, and signed similar to their normal signature? Wouldn't you have to go ahead and notarize their paperwork?
If she obviously pointed a gun at you means that she was packing pretty much 24/7?
Would that also imply that if there was an abduction, (Dia being armed most of the time)
that it was somone she trusted due to a lack of a struggle or shots fired...

Good thinking; that’s a great point!
Even KH, I recall, mentioned her need to carry a gun around the ranch to protect herself against the rattlesnakes (which I remember because I had posted my disagreement to his remark of the “need” to kill a rattlesnake.)
"Meanwhile, back at the Bonita Vista Ranch, Abrams’ son and daughter, Clinton and Crisara had arrived, in an attempt to secure the ranch and gain access to a truck used by Dia Abrams, according to Garcia. “The police gave the keys to Clinton and Crisara. We went inside. Crisara was recording everything where she walked,” Garcia recalled [...]
Garcia recalled Clinton Abrams was given control of the Bonita Vista Ranch for several days after his mother went missing, while Harper was still in New Mexico.“We changed the locks on all the houses and, Clinton, he tried to put up some cameras,” Garcia said. Clinton also hired a private security guard to keep an eye on the ranch during evening hours, Garcia said. “He didn’t want Harper and Diana to go into the house. Security came in the night and he was watching the property,” said Garcia [...]
Eventually, Diana Fedder showed up with a power of attorney and took back control of the ranch from Clinton Abrams, according to Garcia."
Harper was the last person to see Abrams on the day she went missing. He has filed a power of attorney document claiming control of the Bonita Vista Ranch, as well as two nearby houses owned by Abrams. “I'm not power of attorney. Okay. Harper is power of attorney. I am not. I do not get to make decisions. I am the secondary if he is removed,” said Fedder.
DesertfactMOO for 500...
(yes that's a MOO)
1. Situations with Dia missing, they do not stop, example... lawsuits for control continue.
2. Clinton and Crisara demonstrate their unnattractive desire through non stop intimidation... lawsuits
3 . K H, clearly leaves a pattern, some don't need facebook for the reveal (lol).
4. Having done a trust, opens up more fish bait, ie Can-o-worms...
5. Being alive and creating a trust, it's hard to believe that assigning future roles like DF woul ever come to fruition, little past KH..
6. That's why the "3 can keep a secret if 2 are dead" come into play.
I can understand why DF sold her house and moved, good timing for her parents and herself, yikes gravity definitely is a active factor here... there are so many players left on the table here, one would have to a pretty wide scope to bat clean up in bottom of the ninth, here... MOO ..DF caught up in a pickle?
yes the original scope of the perpetrator role here did not consider all the factors, the world keeps spinning along, desire and want does exit in Moutain Center..
... does she look relaxed and happy?

Perhaps taken on a quick spur of the moment when he pulled her towards him. Maybe I'm reading too much into it, but he looks somewhat more serious, or a touch stern, and more in control of the situation to me. He's holding that bottle. Can't see it well... is that an expensive bottle of wine?MOO, I find something strange or different about this photo. Could it possibly be a photoshop etc? I am no expert, but this photo glares back at me as not a real image.
MOO, Does anyone else see something different about this image?
