- Did she talk about her fiancé KH and their wedding plans? Did she talk about KH at all?

- Was she that estranged from her children that she'd change the trust, and name two fairly new comers in her life? Do you think she did this of her own accord?

Dia was a really nice lady. She had invited me and the family to her place to fish and ride horses. Other then for business I never got to spend more time there.

At the time she said she was single and wanted to sale her home as she couldn't afford it anymore. We chatted for sometime the first time I met her. She told me she was single and had no attention in being with anyone. She said all they want is her money. I met KH the first time there and he was extremely rude to me.

To my understanding she wanted to move closer to her kids, but she never mentioned any issues with them. I think she was tricked into the trust and I do not believe she would give anyone control over her assets unless it was her kids as she did not trust anyone.

Hello everyone and my apologies for not being on here lately as my family and I just moved to Arizona.

I have done a lot of research on the property KH owns in Meadview Arizona and the possible beach areas based on CBS8 reported. KH actually owns many lots in that area. There is a large group on the cliffs. But if you research his name under the Mohave County Assessors office you will see he actually owns more then those. You will also see the the owners are Harper, Keith & Casey.

Casey I believe is his wife or X wife. I could not find a divorce record on them.

CBS8 reported there was a report of Dia body being discharged in the Meadview property off the cliffs. I up upload a map of the area shortly, but you will see it is a very difficult jurney to do in an RV. There is a good 20 to 30 miles of dirt road and some not easy.

Depending on the route he would take, but if I was going to Aztec NM I would take SR62 up to I40. Meadview is north of I40. Between Twentynine palms and Parker there is nothing out there, I mean nothing. I have a strong feeling this could be where he might have buried her, if this is what happen.

This is the GPS to 9 lots he has along the dirt road 35.945753, -113.905015, and this is where his property is along the cliffs, 35.973822,-113.973714

He also has a separate 5 acre lot (If I recall) and another 10 acre lot in-between these two locations but further east

Interesting that she identified herself as single when you met her, so I’m guessing she must have been separated from her husband, as he didn’t pass away until 12/12/2018, we’ve learned. (just a guess/opinion)

It is so good to hear your positive impressions of Dia. I like hearing that she is well-regarded by you. That she invited you to her ranch home to fish and ride her horses sounds like she was generous and kind.

Snowpoke; The first time I met here was in September I believe. Her and I toked for a good 2 hours or more. I was a total stranger other then talking on FB messenger or Text message or over the phone. The second time there she was showing me where she wanted the container put and asked if it was ok. I gave her advise and we talked more. She showed me around the ranch. When I was there the morning of the container being delivered she had her 357 magnum in her hand walking the ranch and she even pointed it at me until she realized who I was. She had the impression of being scared and she did not look like she had much sleep.

She never mentioned other family to me. She just spoke of her late husband and he children. She mentioned many times she was cleaning up the ranch to get it ready to sale. I mentioned renting the little cabins out on AirBNB to bring in income, but she said she likes that idea but is afraid of something happening.

She was running out of money and KH would come and go as he pleased and left her running everything on the ranch. I offered to help and if she needed it to call me.

All I know is KH was last to see her and he went on a trip right away and let others search. Apparently, he has legal paperwork to take over her valuable property. All my own speculations here and MOO. He owns so much property already. Why would he want to take over more is what I wonder. How's he going to come up with money to run it and pay bills? All MOO. Rude to You!?? In what capacity was KH on the ranch, hired as the Ranch Boss? Or as her fiancé? How dare he be rude to a guest on Dia's ranch?

I am so sorry to hear Dia was in that position of "property rich, cash poor". It can make someone desperate and trusting the wrong people. You knew Dia as a strong, capable woman. No hint of any trouble with her kids? How was Dia's mental state as far as being able to make consistent good decisions?

I like the way you asked it. That's what concerns me that someone may have played some "serious head games" on Dia. Perhaps heightened the fear her children were going to take more away.

If I recall it was at the end of October the time she looked scared and tired. That was the last time I had spoken with her. KH was not there that day even though he was supposed to. From what Dia told me he was the ranch boss or manager. She never mentioned anything about trouble with her kids.

Her ranch is is worth a couple million just in the property alone. Add the nice house, guest house(s) and cabins and about 100 apple trees it’s even worth more. Add the other ranches into the mix and your probably looking upwards of 10 million. To the right person, like KH and he gets to retire since he is to take procession of the property if she dies. Having the trust redone 2 weeks prior is a huge motive in my opinion.

The police cannot solve the case unless Dia is found alive or her body is found. With KH claiming to be a former police officer he would know the perfect place to hide the body. And that Dianna chick was in the CIA if I recall.

There is two gates, one is locked and is used for deliveries, the other is the main entrance and the gate was never locked the 3 times I have been to the ranch. The two gates are very close to each other.

In a June 8 search warrant served on the Bonita Vista Ranch, investigators seized a list of evidence, including

• a tan bed sheet with possible blood,
• a band-aid with possible blood,
• a piece of toilet paper with possible blood,
• two spent bullet casings (with F and REM markings),
• two handwritten letters,
• and a Netgear router, News 8 has learned.

On June 12, detectives traveled to New Mexico and seized a Ford RV belonging to Keith Harper, Abrams’ 71-year-old fiancé. Investigators impounded the vehicle and removed a "section of front driver seat" as evidence, according to the search warrant.

Investigators also searched Harper's storage business, American Storage Complex in Aztec, New Mexico, but the list of evidence removed from the business was kept secret by California investigators.

Also-- Officers seized more than 2,300 marijuana plants and 357 pounds of processed marijuana, according to the warrant.

I am still getting the impression that Dia's handgun is missing. KH says she'd keep it in her jacket pocket. According to the description, she was last seen wearing a black windbreaker.

@jash was on to this gun thing early on. LE didn't include it in the search warrant of the ranch. (Of course, Dia could've had it on her, if you want to believe she went walking and got hurt or lost.) Was the gun found when LE searched at KH's business? @mah8336, it doesn't say what caliber those casings were.

DF: “I have no access to any of her weapons. But, no, if her guns are missing, I would love for that to be notified to the police.”
Reporter: “We’re talking about the gun that was in the truck, when the property locked down and you went on the property, according to [Dia’s son’s name].”
DF: “No, that weapon is on the property.”
Reporter: “Ok. It was not taken.”
DF: No, the weapon is still on the property, and the police are aware of that weapon.”

Both gates are drive through and wide enough to drive a 45’ trailer with a container on it. In my opinion I do not think she would leave on foot especially during that time of day. She may have left on a horse or in one of her vehicles, which the pickup was not one she drove as that’s what she told me.

The first gate is locked but the second was never closed or locked when I was there. I think a car would have been seen in the meadows, if not it would have been heard coming and going.

Here is another point KH made in an interview, “I called Dia and friends on my cell phone”! Impossible as no cell phones worked on the ranch and property a good 3 to 5 miles before the ranch. I had to leave the ranch to call the trucker to see where he was and I had to drive back towards hwy 74 to get cell service.

According to Dia she had several guns, mainly rifles. She carried a 357 magnum with her and not a 22 like KH claimed. Dia’s quote to me was “you need a big gun to protect yourself against wild life over her and to scare off the meth heads!” She told me she has a AR15 loaded and ready just in case.

I had asked her “are you afraid to be out here unarmed by yourself” and she told me about the magnum. The morning of the day we delivered the shipping container she was not at her house but walking the property. When I found her she pointed the gun at me. She look scared and extremely tired.

The F stands for Federal Arsenal Also known as federal ammo and the REM is for the type Remington Magnum, but it is unclear what round the round. The casings always have the round type; IE, 357 mag, 38 special, 9mm, etc. why they haven’t mentioned the type of casing is unclear.

I don't know why I never heard if LE followed up on talking to the water heater guy that maybe saw her that morning. It may be the only way to confirm she didn't go missing sooner. I thought this was a possible homicide case of a wealthy, area land owner gone missing under suspicious circumstances. Is LE still working on this case?

Of the things LE took from the ranch, I'm most interested in "whether any of the possible blood was blood", the two letters, and the router. Seems like a short list. I do not know why I don't see a computer or cell phone listed for them to use in their investigation. No guns were taken from the ranch? They found casings, but wonder if they searched for guns. Just this little list of stuff?
