Found Deceased CA - Madyson Middleton, 8, Santa Cruz, 26 July 2015 - #1 *Arrest*

I initially heard about Madyson because I have a friend who lives in her neighborhood who posted something on FB about all the police presence.

I asked her about the current state of the river, will let you know when I hear back.

That would be great! I looked up some photos of the output over the beach...to see if there has been any major changes since the time I spent there. Depending on what time of year, and the drought or not, it could be deeper.

But during summertime, like now, it looks the same as when I used to go there. You could walk across it, play in it, etc.

Will be interested to know if this is the case now or not. Because if that is the case, there is no way her body and scooter washed out over it.

Parents are absolutely cooperative. She was with her mother "in her mother's custody." Both parents want her home very much. Maddy was outside playing with friends.
