What is so messed up is copy cats - just like Nice and then the car and then Berlin - now some people are gonna copy chucking bombs in retail locations

So basically LE never caught the person involved in throwing the IED into the restaurant ? It was reported that the patrons of the restaurant were "terrorized" by this person. It really doesn't sound like a "prank" . This reminded me of the incident in Central Park last summer. A young guy stepped on an IED, and had his foot blown off. LE and media called that IED " a home made firecracker" then too. Strange, but thank God no one was hurt or worse. jmo
