That’s exactly what I think Sherlock. I think he was suppose to be managing the property, collecting rents and taking care of any repairs, for his in-laws, but he was spending the rent money on his own personal items and when the in-laws came to find out why the rents weren’t getting to them, there was a confrontation and he killed them.I think the inlaws were collateral damage. SIL was supposed to be picking up the rent and managing the property according to an early article. Perhaps he was pocketing the money and telling inlaws tenants weren’t paying. They went down to get US$6400 in rent. Perhaps he killed them because they weren’t going to find out he had been stealing from them and using their property as a killing field. JMO
I’m wondering if there are even more bodies buried on the property? JMO
