SANTA CRUZ -- Sheriff's deputies again added Watsonville's Marie "Yvonne" Schiro to a state list of missing persons on Sunday after her car was towed outside a fast-food restaurant in San Diego, authorities said Monday.

Schiro, 45, was reported missing by her mother on Dec. 29 after she failed to return from a trip to Lompoc. Irene Hilliard, Schiro's 79-year-old mother, said Schiro had no money or food and she worried about her daughter's safety.
