Yes. It happens all the time. Someone confessed and then says they were coerced.
Thank you I was trying to understand how they could have charged him and determined she was deceased without having her body

That’s what I’m speculating -absent a confession - pretty quick arrest and detailed charges they must have caught him with physical evidence

They've got him wearing one of those suicide prevention garments during his appearance. I find myself hoping it's defective. Imo

They do that because then it’s up to the district attorney to prove his guilt, they can be found guilty on some charges and not guilty on others. They do this to try to get a lesser sentence.

Parents, PLEASE keep your kids off social media. 13 is just TOO young for unsupervised online activity. Sickening, saddening, disgusting.
