CA - Rebecca Nalepa - suicide or murder? #9

I have now been verified as an insider in this case.

Alright, here are the things I know. LE is aware of everything I am about to share. I just have some tidbits, nothing earth shattering lol.

-Some family members do not believe Max died accidentally. I will leave it at that. Dina has hired a private team to investigate in the hopes that LE reopens the case and believes Max was suffocated before the "fall."

-Since March of this year, Dina told Jonah she did not want Rebecca alone with Max. This is due to her getting "weird vibes" from Rebecca. A background check was performed on Rebecca that revealed things (I was not told what those things are nor will I prod about them).

-Jonah has an interesting past of having his ex wives/girlfriends boyfriends followed, investigated, photographed etc...

-Rebecca was forbidden to go to the hospital to visit Max.

I will share more as I learn more.

I feel for DS, as I can not imagine losing your only child in such a horrific manner. I can understand why DS would forbid Rebecca to visit Max. What I find impossible to believe is that if DS or JS thought Rebecca was capable of injuring/killing Max, that she would be allowed to ever be alone with him.

I know there are custody laws and visitation agreements etc., but if I truly felt a situation was not safe, I would certainly try to do something about it and I most certainly would not be unavailable or unable to be found when my son was with the person I didn't trust.

I hope DS is successful in her quest to get Max's accident thoroughly investigated. God bless her.

He had a surveillance system, it was just 'seldom used'.

It's possible that DS thought RN was not left alone with Max after she expressed her dismay to JS.

She definitely was not alone with Max-at least one teenager (RN's sister) was there. Frankly Max's autopsy is completely consistent with fall. He had a spinal cord injury, which is consistent with his symptoms. The injury prevented respiration. I totally believe he fell and it was an accident. Now, why exactly and how did he fall-that I am still not sure about.

It's possible that DS thought RN was not left alone with Max after she expressed her dismay to JS.

Then this would lead me to a few conclusions:

1) DS was the one who didn't trust Rebecca

2) Her 'feelings/vibes' could have been correct, or incorrect

3) Regardless of whether DS feelings/vibes were correct or incorrect, they sealed Rebecca's fate when Max's accident occurred.

I believe they got false positive test back after RN was already dead.

That wasn't even known until July 29, long after Rebecca died.

Chasing Halos, if #3 is correct, then can you tell me your beliefs on how Rebecca died?

If everyone thought false positive benzo test true- that would fuel the fire! Lots of blame, anger directed towards RN. So, everyone was thinking she was negligant in watching MS (allowing him to get into pills) or worse yet - she gives him the med and suffocates him... then in either case he ends up at the bottom of the staircase. If DS was so concerned, why didn't she get a court order to prevent him from staying with JS/RN or why didn't JS dump her last Spring. One would figure DS/JS both confronted her with their concerns, after MS death. I could see JS ending the relationship. And hopital would have alerted LE ---RN must have been under intense investigation. Very serious alligations. On a side note, I think JS very controlling.

RN killed herself (supposedly) long before the false positive benzo test came back. Nobody could have been blaming her for letting the kid to get into meds.

and I really doubt RZ (supposedly) killed herself based on the fact that a chemical analysis of Max would discover these drugs.

Benzo test is a matter of hours. When a patient is admitted following fall and a family member expresses suspicions of foul play - drug screening should have been done stat. I see that someone posted the Pathologist Tox Screen. However, there would have been a blood/urine tox screen sent once DS raised any concerns - most likely upon admit.

and I also firmly believe that there are so many layers upon layers in this "case" that we may never see the firm base all of this started with if in truth there really is one.
