My guess is the Power Point presentation simply going to be used as a graphic device of bullet-point verbiage, a teleprompter of sorts, so LE can literally READ their statements word for word. A safeguard against misspeaking or misquoting. It seems there were both in earlier conferences.

If under pressure by the legal teams of the players involved, elected and aspiring officials, competing government agencies, PR firms, corporate board trustees, and pharma corporations, there is some concern to get it right.

I am disappointed, as I still believe this to be murder. I think that Rebecca's sister, coming out to the public, to make the statement she did, tells us the whole story. I am sure LE told the family its findings. At least I am hoping they did.

IMHO, this investigation may have been thorough, but was it comprehensive? If they really did not talk to the family, do they truly know the beliefs of Rebecca in regards to suicide in general? She had lived through turmoil in her life, Overcome adversity, had support of her family at other times in her life. She had worked in churches and believed in God.

What would cause a sane person, who loved someone and had a relationship with that person, to suddenly, after talking to a sister you were close to, decide to kill yourself? If it was a phone conversation with JS, it had to have been mean, vicious and nasty. I still don't buy it however, or the fact that this was done in such a public way.

I truly believe that there has been no respect for Rebecca during this investigation. From the time she was found and left outside, unclothed, to be photographed by news helicopters, to not securing the area and allowing people on balconies to take pictures, to not talk to the family in the earlier stages of the investigation, I believe the outcome of this case was 'pre determined', so that a person of wealth and standing would be protected.

Sad, but imho, reality. Rebecca, may you rest in peace.

Thank you Questor, that is basically what I was referring to. Who else, but her sister, would know how she would feel about a pubic display of nudity. I really feel for this family.

My sentiments as well. Of all the pressure on LE at present (from the players involved, elected and aspiring officials, competing government agencies, PR firms, corporate board trustees, and pharma corporations), none represent Rebecca Zahau's interests.

I know of at least two solid national news journalists who will be there if that's any comfort.

There was that professional golfer last year, Erica?-and her death just was kind of swept under the carpet once it was determined that she must have killed herself. LE did not provide any details, as far as I know.

Well this is a special case so I am not so sure. I imagine since it's so bizarre they would at least try to convince people it was suicide as opposed to murder.

Still, they won't want to say too much, I am guessing. Suicide is very private. I am just saying they could use this as an excuse to refuse to answer questions other than to say that they have evidence of a suicide. I fear it is mostly negative evidence, if so, as in no other DNA or fingerprints.

I don't think that's quite what she meant. Just the wording. I heard it as hands together, feet together. And from the pictures, she's not "bent." She'd have to be if that were the case.

That seems telling in that her comments suggest she knows that person, or knows of that person, again disproving the "unknown assailant" theory.

The Zahau family's retaining of Anne Bremner an interesting choice. She has won lots of cases for LE, with specialty of police and government liability. I wonder that Bremner approached them on contingency basis, or they were referred (and if so, by whom).

The result of any case would likely be a sealed investigation and $$$ settlement out of court, in which instance the Big Question is, between whom?
