Circumstances of Recovery - Subject was witnessed to collapse at his residence and was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead due to probable heart disease. He lived with two roommates for the previous 14 years. They knew him as "Joseph Zale", though they did not know his date of birth and he never mentioned his age. The roommates were led to believe the subject had been in the Navy and served in World War 2. His provided social security number was determined to be false and his ID could not be confirmed.
