So this is the MH's own security camera, not the one on her house?
hey mew! I think this was a camera mounted on the home that we see in the frame with the porch and pot??? Scandi, what do you think?

Yeah after watching that video she is def coming out between to parked cars. If you look closely you can see back of them and the shape outline looks like the back of the cars.

  • #323
I bet they took video from any of the homes in the MHP that had mounted security cameras.

He said that investigators analyzed the clip thoroughly and determined that what appeared to be a backpack or purse on her shoulder was just her shadow.
snipped from the article

Thanks, I did read that too, just doesn't look like a shadow to me ..
Seems "swingy" or something, I don't know ..

I'm sure though, LE knows .. :)

I think they are wrong about her not having a bag on because to me it looks like she is carrying a purse. If you look at that the way her arm is it looks exactly the way it would be when you carry a purse.

WAIT. You guys pause the video at 2 seconds in. You can see the white of her shirt and clearly see that a there is not a bag there. I also zoomed in on it after doing a print screen and you can clearly see a shadow there. I don't think she's carying anything now after doing that.

by golly!!! after reading those comments I posted above and rewatching the video I see she IS coming out from between parked cars! You can see the tires. She is leaving the clubhouse....

Good description from the park resident. When I look at the map of the mhp and read the descriptions and watch the video, it sure looks to me like she turned toward the pool area - she briefly glanced at the home to her left and then went off in the other direction toward the pool area. Interested to know if anybody else has looked at the mhp map and the description of the park and related it to the video. The camera looks like it would have had to be mounted on probably the 2nd home on Cherry (noted on mhp google map) from the entry/exit.

Where is the map located? Can you link me?

I remember a quote from a man who has lived there for 20 years saying that there is a lot of problems with burglaries being so close to the highway so maybe a few people do have security cameras on their house. Woohoo for that!

It sure looks to me like the camera is mounted on the home, and if that is this homes driveway we see where the steps reach the ground level, it could have been mounted there to surveil the driveway entrance. That sounds plausible to me.

I also agree with whoever said it looks like Sandra starts to walk to her right a bit right before she goes off camera, as the shadow backs this up, getting longer and a bit skinnier.

The immediate thought I had was that whoever or whatever caught her attention, it could be a little dog yipping at her. Most residential camera systems are not set up with audio.

Hi, That could be true. Even in the residential suburb of Portland where I live we have more and more home owners calling the office for camera bids.

Neato, WillenFan! That is one reason why WS is so ahead of the news. We treasure our locals. Ya Ya

does anyone else find that brief "glance" over her shoulder to be some kind of readable body language? It was almost like she saw someone... looked over her shoulder to make sure no one was watching whatever happened next?

Okay, I've found her route in the video. Now we just need to know which mobile home she lived in.

Here's where it is in Orchard Estates:

I thought the same. Maybe she was headed somewhere she wasn't supposed to go, or saw someone she wasn't supposed to talk to. And she was checking to see if anyone saw her headed that way?
