I’m not sure what you’re suggesting rises to the level of a “felony child abuse” charge?Prehaps refusing to log on to online classroom for children out of school due to lockdown??

Hadn't got to child abuse charges when I posted . At the time I replied posters were wondering why whispers mother would state the charge was in relation to covid 19 .I’m not sure what you’re suggesting rises to the level of a “felony child abuse” charge?
Could she have just kept her family doctor
perhaps but it was really difficult to get anything like that to stick during Covid and that’s a hefty charge for something like that.Prehaps refusing to log on to online classroom for children out of school due to lockdown??
So I believe the confusion here is the warrant from the information that I’ve read. She had a child abuse charge. The warrant was due to not completing something related to the child abuse charge that would be the follow up classes or whatever they’re called kind of like anger management for someone who gets an assault charge if you don’t complete anger management You did not fulfill your sentencing requirements and so on and so forth, so I believe people are speculating that perhaps the warrant was due to not completing whatever class or program she was supposed to complete for child abuse, and the reason that perhaps it was not completed, was due to COVID-19 and all those kids being home is what I think the other poster was suggestingperhaps but it was really difficult to get anything like that to stick during Covid and that’s a hefty charge for something like that.
Seems more like actual abuse but relating to Covid 19’doesnt make sense
And...I saw somewhere in this thread a mention that the car was borrowed from a family member? Anyone have a source for that? If that is true, maybe the doctor's appointment was the reason she gave for asking to borrow it?What if - there never really was a doctor's appointment? It was just a reason to leave Elk Grove.
Both her brother and the SO she lives with stated the car belonges to the SO’s father.And...I saw somewhere in this thread a mention that the car was borrowed from a family member? Nope , cant hold people to compulsory attendance during a state of Emergency . Even if the program is online.Prehaps refusing to log on to online classroom for children out of school due to lockdown??
None of Whisper’s family nor her partner, stated Sandra was sick. If that were true, I have to believe they would have stated that in a media interview. She had one head light out , and was driving at night with a sick baby and a warrant out.
I think this is going to be a horrible car accident.
I think I assumed the baby was sick because of the doctor apt.None of Whisper’s family nor her partner, stated Sandra was sick. If that were true, I have to believe they would have stated that in a media interview.
Reasonable assumption, but the appointment could have been for many reasons other that being “sick”. Developmental delay, muscular/skeletal disorders, ect.I think I assumed the baby was sick because of the doctor apt.
AWP?Reasonable assumption, but the appointment could have been for many reasons other that being “sick”. Developmental delay, muscular/skeletal disorders, ect.
I just listened to an interview with Whisper’s brother and AWP. Her brother stated she doesn’t have a license, that along with the missing headlight was why she was avoiding highways. I’ve asked a Mod for permission to post.
