The image of the UID shows someone who appears much older than the age parameters listed. She definitely looks like she could be in her late 70s. I'm concerned about her being completely nude. She had injection sites on her hip and arm. That doesn't sound like drug addiction to me. It sounds like she may have been under a doctor's care and had injections in her hip for pain relief associated with osteoarthritis or other types of degenerative conditions. Is it possible she was in some sort of care facility?

Iam thinking the same.. maybe from a care facility or a caretaker did this in order to keep getting social security checks or property. Very sad indeed.
