On the 14th the reporters did come up with this:

Verdict: Not Guilty all counts

Deliberations: Less than four hours
Verdict: Not guilty of first degree murder

Verdict: Guilty of first degree murder

Testimony: 9 months
Deliberations: 9 days
Verdict: Guilty of murder and conspiracy to commit murder

Lyle—25 days
Verdict: Both deadlocked
Second trial:
Deliberations: 20 days
Verdict: Both guilty, each of two counts of first degree murder, as well as conspiracy to commit murder

Oh, Lordy .... I thought this was going to be a quick trial and verdict. There must be something within the testimony that isn't public knowledge as of yet. Just goes to show ya, the wheels of justice grind slowly.

A Fresno County Superior Court jury said Marcus Wesson is guilty in all nine charges of murder. Wesson was accused of killing nine of his children during a child-custody dispute in March 2004.
The jury also found Wesson guilty of 14 felony counts of rape, oral copulation and sexual abuse of a minor involving three daughters and four nieces.

The jurors must now determine if Wesson should be sentenced to death or face life in prison. They will reconvene for penalty phase deliberations next Wednesday.

It's nice to know that this jury in California got it right, even if it took 9+ days to reach a verdict on the obvious. Man, I woulda been in and out in 10 minutes flat! Gimme those forms, where do we sign, I'm outta here!

Exactly.:clap: :clap: :clap: And he was black too... so for those people who pooh-pooh those of us in California for the idiot jurors who let off Simpson, Blake, and Jackson. We do occasionally get it right, we convicted Peterson too...
