He said officials found DNA from two people on Papini — that of a man and a woman. Jackson said authorities collected the woman's DNA from Papini's body, while the man's was found on the clothes she wore when found.

I know there has been a lot of discussion about the man's DNA and how it could have been transferred from anywhere.
Its just strange to me that there was not DNA from two women on her/ clothing
She spent 22 days with two women. How is there no DNA from a second woman? Nothing on her shoes?
Was the other woman never near her, never in the vehicle?

Unless it's something to do with the "fact" (I use the word loosely) that one was supposedly shot and killed. Maybe she put the clothes on after. Maybe the one with DNA left behind is the one that "dealt with" Sherri.

I think it is two sets of DNA from two other people
My guess is the offenders remark means there is nothing in the data base from previous offenders

I have no idea, it was just a thought. I don't know much at all about DNA.

There were a few other things the VI mentioned that I wish we could re-visit. I vaguely remember something mentioned about SP being fed food laced with drugs...? Does anyone else remember this stuff or am I making it up? lol

The male DNA could have transferred from anywhere, the person who owned the clothing, the store where purchased, the place she was held.
It seems that transfer is easy.. so where is the other woman's DNA?

I don't recall anything about a blanket or food with drugs, doesn't mean it wasn't said, i just don't remember it

Ahhh,yes This is it. This always struck me as odd because I truly believe that that particular VI was/is super close to the P's and the 'speculation' was more than just speculation. JMO.
If someone laced my food with drugs, they wouldn't have to blindfold me to make sure I didn't know I was drugged, right?

Drugs are expensive. Drugs do not taste neutral or pleasant. JMO.

Another thing (one of many) when I believe it was Sherri's Sister gave a presser and was asked if Sherri had a job she said no comment or words to that effect. How is it we cant know if Sherri held a job? I don't have the link handy so hope i am remembering accurately.

Maybe insurance or lack of insurance? I mean the security guard at Mandalay Bay was shot in the leg, had bullet fragment removed, yet was released and traveled to Mexico within a week.

I know in my area, you've got to be seriously sick before you're admitted. Yet when I was working as a nurse a decade ago, I'd send patients to the ER to be admitted, and they were. Now for the same symptoms or diagnosis, they give an antibiotic, or cleanse a wound and stitch and you're on your way home. Sometimes they'll keep you in the 'observation ward' which is monitoring for 24hrs and then released.

Another rant for another day, as I don't want to derail this thread...but daggone medical care sucks now.

You make a great point. However, they had a 50k gofundme. I mean at least that could get her a couple days and some tests. KP claimed she was coughing up blood from Screaming, which makes no sense. If she stated that they would've wanted to run tests then and there and make sure she didn't have a serious disease. I would think.
