While the above does not specify that the zip tie went through a hose clamp at her wrist, IMO, it makes sense that may have been the configuration to connect her wrist to the chain. Think of it like this--almost everytime in the past that "hose clamps on her wrists" was mentioned the article also mentioned the chain around her waist and implied it was somehow connected. However, when Jackson described the hose clamps around her ankles last week he specified that they were "pain compliance restraints" and no chain was mentioned. Now we have the above quote which specifies that her ankles were not bound together. If the report of hose clamps on her wrists was incorrect, why would they not correct that when releasing the info about her ankles? IMO it is because the ankle info is additional info, not contradicting info. JMO.
