No, I don't think she accepted a ride. To be frank, Sierra was a middle-class girl and he's a low-class man. It's so apparent from his photos. She probably (must use a qualifier) wouldn't be caught with him.

I agree, she seemed suspicious of strange cars on her tweeter, so I think she would have been cautious of anyone she did not know offering her a ride.

I also agree with a post a couple back, that with him linked to the Safeway attempts in 2009, his MO seems to be attack from behind.

I'm not entirely convinced he has triggers. I think he might just "go fishing" when his family life allows it. I would not be surprised at all if he has a string of random assaults. jmo.

I agree with you. One doesn't suddenly go hunt young girls and murder them or stun people and rob them. You're either of a criminal mind or you're not.

Do you mean these? Article with sketch attached and I think the sketch is remarkably similar..

http://gilroy.patch.com/articles/at...nd-in-under-two-weeks-in-gilroy#photo-7267693

from the article:

The suspect parked his car in front of the driveway, where the girl was retrieving items from her parents’ car. He called to the girl from his seat, before she ran inside her home, notifying her parents. They then called the Gilroy police.

Interesting. I wonder if he had followed Sierra home before, and so he knew which driveway to sit and watch from?

I totally agree with you. This is what I was basing my post on and sorry there is no link. this thread page 16, post 376. But, there are other posts too. jmo

Even if he isn't an RSO he apparently was not leading the perfect life. jmo

so true... Even if he is not an RSO..a role model (positive one) he isn't!

I believe he HAD to have followed her. You don't end up on a rural court, at the exact time she leaves for her bus, assuming she won't be getting a ride from a parent that day.

JMO, but he had to have watched her, more than once, to know she would be alone at that time.

You bring an excellent theory, PlainJaneDoe, surmising that A.G.-T. puts himself in a position to manipulate his wife's opinions of other women. You can bet he throws his weight around until that trailer's rocking. He has been in control of her since she was his teen prize. We know he holds women in contempt & scorn. He would have zero reason to disguise that at home.

When I wrote about the rage that fuels rape, I certainly did not mean A.G.-T. had not committed rape, only that he had not been charged with that felony. From the moment Sierra's clothes were found, my belief was they contained vestiges of him and I said so. But he was not charged with rape though Sierra's body is not necessary to so charge. You can well imagine that if some items such as those on West Palm had been in his car, the evidence would be more than sufficient if his and her residue were on them. Rape accusations may come yet, depending on results that are returned and on new discoveries.

In his mother's interview-she says- he told her he passed Sierra's house on his day off after he left his g/f mother's house and went fishing-but I don't know if that was the day she disappeared.

One question that's been racing through my mind is, how does one simply kidnap, rape and murder a child and then return back home and easily pretend like nothing ever happened? How can you carry out such an act and go back to your own daughter, knowing that you've just taken away someone else's daughter and not be remorseful or feel guilty at all? I suppose the answer to that would be that you're mentally ill, crazy, evil...but still, I just don't understand and probably never will.

I can't imagine what this nutcase would do if he found out his daughter had been murdered.

The same way Scott Peterson killed Laci and pretended nothing ever happened and even tried to carry on with his affair. They are sick in the head JMHO.

I think he had to of. I think he spotted her out somewhere or near the bus stop and followed her home. I keep going back to Sierra's tweets regarding a strange car she kept seeing on her street. I am so curious if it was the red Jetta. She never described it on her Twitter, but I wonder if she ever mentioned it to her family or friends.

Omg! First ive seen of the NON hoodie sketch. Omg! What attack is that sketch from?

TiA

Probably already answered as I am around 2-3 pages behind and trying to get caught up.

the two actual pics are High School 2006 & Booking pic 2012
The sketches are: hooded 2009 Safeway attacks and the other is from the 3 children in the attempted abduction in 2011.

I know the LE asked her family about the Jetta . If Sierra had said anything to one of them I am sure they would had said something. But they all said nothing. As far as friends I don't know if they were asked

I'm sorry I stepped away from the computer for a bit, I'm not certain the link, but the one sketch that has the gap between the teeth, well, if that gap wasn't there, it would be a spittin image of Antolin, and I just wonder about that gap. I've looked at so many pictures of him and he just doesn't have one. How could someone look so much like him but have that gap?
