OK, I'm just about ready to scream!!! How many times can they do this...I know, probably as many times as they want. BUT, you'd think he'd want to get this done BEFORE they find her remains (IF, in fact she is deceased). I'm sure LE has ample evidence, but wouldn't it be harder to prove their case without a body? I know it's just as possible to get a conviction without a body, but seems the defense would be able to at least use that to try to create reasonable doubt, no?
Oh, I don't know. I need to get more patience...anyone got any extra to spare? LOL

That devalues the worth of any "not guilty" in the public perception & makes his position look like game playing also. One thing we do know from his past antics in jail, he finds life in a cell unendurably boring.

If he is innocent, as I am sure he will eventually claim, you would think one would want to speed things up so they could be free again...yet it never seems to work that way. I guess because so many of them are not innocent...

Part of the delay probably has to do with the caseload of the public defender, and on whether or not the the discovery of D.A. info has been made available to the P.D on the case.

Frustrating, but I guess at a minimum he is locked up. Hoping Sierra is found soon by searchers with strong forensic evidence.

It doesn't sound like Sierra's family were there so they probably knew what was going to occur. I hope they are being well supported, it sounds like they probably are.

now its delayed due to some verizon cell phone records that the defense didn't provide to the prosecution, also need to add the judge is giving the defense "a lot of latitude" whatever that insinuates.....

Not sure if that would do him more harm than good, re: contact between the two. I would think him claiming to be not guilty (even though he hasn't plead yet) didn't he already say he doesn't know/didnt know Sierra?

I agree, he already had his mum say on video he claimed not to know her. Plus I don't get how the tumblr could help him. All it shows she reposted images including some of drugs and sexual images, not sure how that's meant to mitigate what he did at all.

If there is a trial, they will use her social media...look at what Drew Peterson's attorney is doing to his deceased/murdered third wife...making her out to be a bossy, *****y woman, as if that has anything to do with her "falling in the tub."

But, if he now claims that he did know her, and that they had a "fling", then that would explain how her DNA "landed" in his car and his "DNA" is on her purse. KWIM

Nothing he has said or his mom has said matters at all at this point. What will matter what is brought up in trial. And if by chance there is a picture of AGT on Sierra tumbler page. And the defense can put even in 1 juror mind they knew each. Unless DNA in trunk can explain the car and purse away.
