Seems there is a next court date for AGT on September 10th, at 1:30 P.M. (PST)... But I am not sure what it will be covering...

Morning everyone. I'm waiting to hear back to find out if anyone I know has any insight on the upcoming hearing. I will update the thread if anything comes up.

My worry is that the links posted on 8/10 (that Beach was so kind to chime in on) might mean We the People won't hear anything at all. I really hope I'm wrong.

I posted this on the Relisha Rudd thread a little while ago. My 2nd grader brought me to tears tonight, along with a few of my cohort and other parents.

Tonight I was commissioned in as a Youth Group Team Leader, even though I joined in the middle of last year as they were short staffed. It was a proud (and poignant) moment for this Websleuth mommy:

Just got home from our first night at youth group. My little one led the prayer and asked God to Bring Home Relisha and Sierra and look after all the Missing Angels. I cried because she said it on her own.

Ok this might sound creepier than it is, but I have some of her friends' accounts bookmarked from when the case broke, and when there is a court date and no articles I go check them to see if they have mentioned anything by any chance. They haven't, but it struck me that they are looking older and more mature now and time really has marched on.

I think another ADA (last name stats with an F?) appeared ".....for Boyd" and it was just another delay/continuance. That would explain why no one reported on it in the media.

Maybe Beach or another WS Legal Eagle will chime in to let us know lease:

Blessings to the LaMar family. Seeing them together, united, along with their support system, is so poignant, and heartbreaking. They have had unwavering, unmatched support, with weekly searches since Sierra went missing. It has been an honor to know that people like the #SierraSearchers, and @KlassKidsSearch, really do exist. They are the light that chases away the darkness of evil.

I #KeepTheFaith that Sierra Mae will be found! #JusticeForSierra and her family will be attained. It has already been a long road, with many more miles left to travel. We will never give up on #EveryonesDaughter.

I hope they find Sierra before this goes to trial. Sounds like they could get a conviction anyway but she needs to be found. It feels so hopeless sometimes but then I think of how hopeless it seemed for finding Holly Bobo. So I guess we should never, ever give up hope. Miracles do happen; Holly is proof.

I think the attorneys are preparing for trial. I imagine the trial will be sometime next year.
