Reaching out to ask how would I submit a potential match for this man if he does not have a doenetwork profile? I submitted it anyways but I dont know how to submit anything on Namus. I think that there is a strong possibility this person is in fact the "Hot Springs Ak hitchhiker" Their bone structure, eyebrows and all descriptions are almost a complete match. Steven Delgado has family on the east coast and also has a history of hitchhiking too. Unidentified passed approximately 6 weeks after missing person disappeared.

If I'm wrong that's ok too but he has not been excluded. I know this was kinda random to just ask on the wall like this. Your profile says your well known I figured you would know how if its possible to submit thru Namus. If I stepped outta bounds or your too busy I understand also. Thanks and have an amazing weekend.

I suggest that you contact the Air Force Criminal Investigation Service. See if Steven Delgado is listed in their records as Missing or as a Deserter.

Since he was only 21 at the time he went missing, he might have still been on active duty.

Pass on to them your information and possible John Doe match.

Another organization for you to contact is the agency which has jurisdiction in the Unidentified person case.

I submitted it with doe thinking it might get kicked back but they responded that it has been submitted to LE. Which is great news. Thank you for that info also btw. I didn't think of that. I will forward to them also.
