Is the mother’s name BS? If someone can confirm that’s her, there’s tons of info to look at on Madera and Fresno county court pages. Also, not sure if JS is dad but he was just granted a restraining order against BS February.

yes

I just heard that their window was boarded up on Wednesday. That may mean that the window is broken. I'm still not sure if Thaddeus fell out, which would leave shards of glass outside or near the window, or was abducted, which would leave shards of glass on the inside. I guess that the kidnapper could come in the front door, close it, grab Thaddeus, and escape through the window. Here are the link to the pictures. You might have to go down a little. I can't imagine a 2-year-old would wake during the night and instead of calling for mama or papa would climb out of an open window. Even IF it was left open wide and if he didn't cry when he got outside, how far would he have gotten during the night so that no one can find him? Miniscule chance of that, right? I know there was a case of a 3-year-old caught on camera leaving his home by the front door during the night (in Canada, I think) but I've never heard of a toddler out of a window...only a door.

Yes, I remember, he froze to death. :( walked out his apartment and then the building front door.

How low is the window the he could escape without harming himself and go where?

The window should be low enough. He could have fell through the window and walked or crawled through the gap in the fence. Thaddeus probably wouldn't be harmed that much.

Having a feeding tube qualifies him for some amount if hourly, in-home nursing care via Medicaid waiver. The social worker connected to his pediatric feeding clinic / gastroenterologist would know if he was getting these services. If so, when was the last time he had services?

Typically, families are allowed a certain number of care hours per month and can structure it to best suit their needs. There is, however, an acute shortage of nurses doing this type of work because of the abysmally low pay. I have always done this type of work as a side gig (except I take care of home ventilator kids) and the pay was $12-15/ hour LESS than the hourly rate at my hospital gig*. Here's an excellent overview of the situation: Gasping for Care: Home nursing shortage impacts most vulnerable Hoosiers

*I did the work because I love the families and the ability to focus on one kiddo and do all the fun stuff that happens when they live at home instead of a hospital or nursing home. Money's not everything!

Peds home health is my nursing love too! I don't do it anymore because I needed better pay and benefits since I have 2 little kids but I will go back to it someday. So rewarding!

I'm sure this little guy would have qualified for plenty of services but that doesn't mean family used them, some families don't want anyone in their home who would see what's going on!

Looks to be about 4 and a half feet from the ground. Maybe higher.

[Neighbor] Espinoza told Action News in Spanish the family moved in about two weeks ago.

He said he never heard or saw the little boy or his mother and only met her after the disappearance.
...
According to investigators, the toddler's parents explained they went to bed around 10 at night and when they awoke at 8 in the morning he was gone.

Espinoza, who gets up for work at three in the morning, says he didn't hear anything overnight and adds someone must have been awake in the home around the same time.

"When I was going to work, the lights inside were turned on two or three times," he said "Maybe he was sleeping, but someone was up."
3 days after search called off, 2-year-old Madera boy Thaddeus Sran still missing

If my kid is switching the lights on and off in the middle of the night, I at least check on him?! Jmo

Also, does this mean that he shared the room with another child if father was not bothered about the lights? Can Thaddeus switch on the lights? How old is that child?

Edit: it was the neighbour Espinoza who saw the lights switch on and off sorry.

Ok I misunderstood. So neighbour saw the lights.

My question still stands, does Thaddeus share the room with another sibling and can Thaddeus reach and switch the lights.

Would an abductor switch on the lights?
Moo

BLESS each and every one of you for trying to find possible ways the parents could be telling the truth.

Was hoping for an update but I haven't heard anything in days. Just wondering does anyone know if the window that was boarded up would be outside of the fence that goes around the house?

IMO Interesting that the neighbor stated he never saw TS. I am curious if there were upcoming appointments for TS or maybe family coming to visit soon. Is there some situation that would cause someone to feel like there must be a sudden explanation for him not being present in the home. Maybe the previous residence should be thoroughly searched. I hope I am wrong & there is somehow a good ending here, but I don't see how it's possible.

Is there a last confirmed siting in MSM yet? The neighbor not seeing a little one since they moved in - wonder why? Hope there are some ring doorbells in this area

I haven't seen anything about anyone seeing him other than the parents when they put him to bed. I'm kind of on the fence with how I feel about no one seeing him since they moved in. I was thinking since he's special needs and covid going around maybe they didn't want to risk exposing him to anything and kept him isolated but that's just my opinion I could be wrong.

We’ve seen this movie before. Sigh.

Unfortuantly we have seen this play out too many times to count I try to remain hopeful but the more time that passes the more that hope fades. I don't understand anyone who could harm a child but then again I'm glad I can't understand it because that would probably make me just like them. It's so sad that people have these babies and then hurt them when so many of us fought for our childrens lives and lost them in the battle.

The child CANNOT WALK. Therefore he could not CLIMB out of a window.

Question can we post a link to something from facebook that a member of the family posted over there? I don't want to get in any trouble but I just found it rather interesting and thought you all might want to see it too.
