Stan, do you mean he tried to make the truck clean as a whistle (the tires look spotless to me) but forgot to realize, the dirt dries and rises to the surface to be visible again afterwards?
pressure nozzles don't always get the periphery spray to clean,,, on the truck it's slightly curved under just above the running board. I always think I get the bendy parts of my vehicles only to discover long missed swaths of grime. prairie dust is that sandstone super-fine sand that seems to be more cohesive than good ol b.c dirt.
