He had to be at the residence after the falling out with Alvin. The lock was manufactured from 2008

After just having an estate sale, where they were actually selling things right out of the home and 200 people had gone through the place that day, why would this seem so unusual? :waitasec:
ETA: I get the idea that it disabled the phone but was that the first thought of LE as to why it was off?
Omg he even knew to turn off the wifi because they had internet phone??? This was very very planned. So creepy.
I'm not a tech guru but the digital forensic guys could and should be able to easily look at network/internet log files to potentially determine when the router was unplugged. It is my understanding that even when users are not actively using a wireless network there is data/activity going through the network.
