One source indicates the body had been buried in a shallow grave. Police began searching a mobile home and its surrounding property yesterday, looking for any evidence that will lead to charges against Amber's killer. The forecasted rain could wash away any potential clues to their identity.

Sgt. Brigdit Leger, media spokesperson with the RCMP, said that a blue 2008 Hyundai Elantra was seized with a search warrant around 8 p.m. Thursday night on Highway 6 in Caribou River.

Good grief this investigation certainly seems to be very wide spread as far as potential involvement of multiple cars and perhaps people. It almost seems to be a "round up" of some sort going on.

I would not expect any arrest activity until after Amber's service which is tomorrow. Also depends on how fast forensics are being processed as well.

The location posted on Wondergirl's map seems to be 'on the way' to River John from New Glasgow. Seems like I've read that a few folks connected to this case also have connections to River John...? Just a thought.

there was a murder on Oct/26 in Trenton NS Trenton is just a stones throw from where amber went missing a 44 year old man was shot to death

I think they have said that the shooting is not related. But I guess we don't know for sure...

This person who went missing is a fair distance from the New Glasgow/Pictou area. Rumour only: Am hearing that she probably has a history of "running". Canadaman is now saying she has been located. It never hit the MSM.
