Anyone hear that Amber was cremated?

First, welcome to Websleuths, Saribella. :greetings:

Second, I agree with your comment regarding MC ("I feel something is up with MC even if CF was involved or not"). What appears to be MC's lack of emotion, as well as his extremely brief visit to Big Al's (1 minute, 40 seconds), makes no sense.

Anyway, once again, welcome aboard, Saribella. This is a wonderful site with a wonderful group of people who try their hardest to bring answers and closure to the loved ones and friends of the missing.

Thank you all for letting me feel welcomed here.

Yes something fairly odd about the timing though since in a previous post, she was to have left at 1:45am instead of 1:30, him from B.A's at 1:40. If that's the case, something just doesn't feel right to me.

I know I wrote in a previous post about the Vale house being found, I also have confirmed where that is. I am not sure with the etiquette posted in another thread that I am able to post that since it could be a relative's house, but if someone can point out that it's okay, that would be wonderful to know for clarification.

The look on this woman's face says it all.

Amber, even those of us who never knew you are mourning you right now. Tears are dropping on my keyboard. A life....your life...touched so many of us. Please look down upon us and know that we are thinking of you.

Hundreds turn out to funeral for slain N.S. teen Amber Kirwan
Global News: Saturday, November 12, 2011 7:40 PM

respectfully snipped...

Kirwan's parents, Donnie and Marjorie, accompanied her brother, Liam, and boyfriend, Mason Campbell, into Our Lady of Lourdes Roman Catholic Church, where 400 people came to pay their respects.

...Mourners told Global News about the service, saying there "wasn't a dry eye in the place."

HARDWOOD HILLS - The search of a Hardwood Hills home in relation to the Amber Kirwan homicide investigation will continue throughout the day and into Monday, says Sgt. Brigdit Leger, RCMP spokesperson.

She also confirmed that two vehicles seized this week in relation to the investigation - a 2002 gray Chevrolet Impala and a 2008 blue Hyundai Elantra - are still in police custody.

She said they want to make sure that every lead is followed up to the fullest extent.

What if Amber went willingly with the person who took her, offered her a ride? The person may have had ill intentions at that time or later, but, it would explain why there were no screams.

What if Amber knew her abductor, and it wasn't her BF?

What make & colour of car does the boyfriend drive? Could she have mistaken the perp's car as her boyfriend's? It was dark, she may have been drinking, etc.

I am new here, but have viewed a many of posts on this site, for this tragedy.

A few things bother me about the whole thing. There is a rcmp cruiser at the lights when the camera shot blacks out, the car had to travel the same way she did until the road big Al's is on. So, seems no one is safe out there.

Also, if they are so intent on this house and have now been there for just about a week, what was really done to amber(sad thoughts) there? They must have something specific they are working on there. Makes one wonder.

And this woman who lives there has a daughter or two. I mean, maybe she does have nothing to do with it, but if they are at her house this long, then IMO it is hard to believe she didn't play a part in this.

I am from the area and am 5-7 kms from both things here, this house and the remains site. I won't let my daughters go anywhere alone now. I was protective before, but this just made it more so.

:welcome:

Welcome, Sweetie! Great first post...

I've wondered those same things. But what makes the most sense to me is (IF the woman wasn't involved) - then the RCMP is looking for something very specific that may be hidden there. I think they may be tearing the mobile home apart trying to find whatever it is.

RCMP mum on Kirwan evidence

snipped....

RCMP investigating the death of Amber Kirwan collected evidence during a search of a property in Heathbell, but no details will be released, a spokeswoman says.

Sgt. Brigdit Leger said the search wrapped up Sunday night. She wouldn't say what investigators found.

The last bit of news on MSM that I recall is that both cars were still being held and that CF was being held in the Dartmouth Correctional Facility for a parole violation.
