Sueann Musick:
AS to why it was there, I don't know. Reality of situation is, facts are stubborn things. Facts are there in his car and that is where it was found.

11:49
Sueann Musick:
Remember leggings and earrings carelessly tossed in woods. They weren't suppose to be found but they were spotted. Than the body was found and carelessly discarded duct tape and water bottle were found.

11:48
Sueann Musick:
Why didn't he dispose of white plastic bag? Why didn't he get rid of it? FRankly I don't know. I suggest you don't need to know the answer to that question. Perhaps he wasn't aware it was still there.

Sueann Musick:
In interveiw, officer asks him to remember and during discussion, CF said he woke up at Dean's Sunday morning. Than why are they having a text exchange Sunday morning with her. He brought up kidnapping and than comes up a complete lie to get clear of police.

There were a lot of things in that call that we didn't hear.
-----

11:56
Sueann Musick:
The second time in trial we verbally heard from the accused was recorded phone call from jail. While talking to step-mother. How good are you at breaking news to dad anyway. But than says better if me and dad talk privately. He says to her, I think so. It is going to be pretty hurtful. He says basically, I won't see the street again.

Sueann Musick:

Crown's theory... 145 a.m. AK headed walking to Big Al's. She never arrived. CF in downtown NG at same time. CF saw AK in New Glasgow, overpowered, subdued her and took her to camper in Hardwood hill. Forced her to ingest drugs. Cut off her clothing. Bound her wrists and tossed aside duct tape.

Sueann Musick:

Unknown DNA profile on wrists and tank top. Consider how DNA gets there, retrieved and tested. You don't always get what you want or you get more than what you want. You also get untestable samples.

"Evidence is a sedimentary rock!" I luv this guy. :)

Sueann Musick:

This evidence is a sedimentary rock when you put it all together.
AK didn't know the accused, She had never been to Alice Meier's property. She was timid by description. She had to be walked or drive to work. She would never go with a stranger willing. She was taken, bound, drugged, stripped of her clothes and murdered.

Transcribed:
At about .15 seconds in:
Reporter: They also brought forth a motive. One they say a text message he sent proves.
Crown lawyer, Patrick Young: Fun on a Saturday night. He did it for fun.
Crown lawyer, Bill Gorman: That was his adventure. He described it himself; and those were his words.

Just as a point of interest that caught my eye:

Quote: The jury does have the option to find Falconer guilty of second degree murder if they so choose, both of which face of sentence of life in prison with parole after 25 years.
