Well, he was only out about 6 months, iirc.

Surely they would have noticed.

It's hard to call his m.o. suicide.

Thanks Truth P. I thought he had been out longer.

I'll try to look that up later to confirm, but it was 6 or possibly 8 months.

It took them so long to actually arrest him for Amber's murder that they said it was a year, but months had passed after her actual murder.

BTW-they did have him back in prison, but were only saying it was for probation violations.

This guy is an animal and should never be allowed to walk the streets a free man.

I hope they finally get the hint.

It was a shooting of a male-Ed Phalen. Someone gunned him right down on the street outside his home.

This is speculation--pure speculation--on my part. But I always did feel that these two cases were connected.

Very strange and given his first murder certainly not out of the realm. Good memory ya got. I remember now reading about that shooting but it didn't click.

Another strange thing about that, was they allowed the media to say that a witness had seen a man wearing a hoodie and possibly carrying a rifle, leaving the scene.

Then the media printed a picture showing Falconer being arrested with a hoodie on.

They carefully orchestrate what is printed in the media in these parts.

I'll never forget that.

For the longest time, I thought Falconer was the perpetrator of Mr. Phalen's death.

I'm simply stunned by the solid forensic evidence they have against him in Amber's murder.

Interesting to note, it was said he has a very low IQ; and we know he did not act alone when he murdered the cab driver.

All imo, of course.
