Circumstances of Disappearance:
Flett went missing east of Barrington Lake, 64 km's south of Lynn Lake, Manitoba on June 11, 1988. He was last seen walking with crew members to the cutline but failed to arrive at the site. His crew members initially thought he had returned to camp. He has never been heard from again, and was reported missing to the RCMP three days later. Despite extensive searches conducted, he has never been located and his whereabouts remain unknown.
