It's not a good sign when a vehicle is found without a driver on the Blue Water Bridge. However, if someone was climbing the rails, surely they would be seen. It's the busiest international crossings in Canada/USA.

If we knew what time she was last seen in MI, we might be able to guess when she would have arrived at the bridge, or at least have an inkling of whether it was daytime or nighttime.
