If a home stands along a dead end street (at the end) and a home owner returns from his work or from her shopping mall back at home, how is it possible to question the direction (or don't release the direction)?? There is only one direction; the owners couldn't have returned from another direction, because the street ends. - I can't follow this detail.:confused::confused:

The street does "dead end" at one end, but you can still drive through a parking lot to exit the area. Also it had 2 streets that cross (intersections) before the dead end, so many avenues in between.

Just some additional brainstorming. Is the reason the murder scene is so confusing, because it is a double murder staged as a murder suicide staged as a double suicide? Meaning, did the killer want to make it look like Barry killed Honey, but then Barry staged it as a double suicide? So it was staging of staging?
In your scenario above, how did the dead guy get to stage it?

Can you please post that photo? I haven’t seen it. (I did a search for it and cannot find it.)
still looking for those pictures of inside the home and that photo, maybe it was the drawings that I saw it on, adding that to my search and came across these:

When you look at these pictures the home was built for privacy, all the entrances are difficult to see someone go in and or out.

I never noticed this crime scene tape on what appears to be the front doors, I have not noticed it on any entry actually, it is not yellow.

this picture would be good for any defense team, with no gloves holding onto evidence bags and what may be some type of evidence collector in his hand, taking in a thermos

seeing these outside lights along the driveway to the garage side would make this a more lit entry for the murder, but with all the other privacy walls and bushes they may not have cared,
no neighbors cameras would be filming this distance away

more pics found while searching for that one that shows an alarm pad in the mud room by the door HS used? Does anyone remember the recent pics we ere all so thankful for them to see the whole house on display, it may not be pictures but floor plan or something?

this article has the front doors visible from the inside, no alarm control pad at these doors

this is an interesting shot with the outside lights on at tha front door, it is very well lit, I wonder what exterior lights were on when HS arrived home, if any.

I’m sorry if you’re digging because I asked. :/ But you’re finding great photos. The bottom is a good photo of the night lighting!

Usually the alarm panel is right by the door, but I don’t recall seeing that area. I can’t make out what’s on the wall with something orange. Do you think the alarm panel is there?

Realtor photos (houssmax.ca was the source).

The laundry room is close to where Honey is believed to have entered (notice the window).

If someone were hiding by that side door, the bathroom, storage closet or laundry room may have used, imo.

I think that is because he is attempting to walk fast without it appearing that he is attempting to walk fast: legs way out in front and striding - while upper body stays back, hands in pockets. Just out for a casual stroll.. Jmo

I think he's walking like that because he's amending his centre of gravity the way heavily pregnant women do. They lean backward when walking, described as a penguin waddle. He looks like he's in his mid to late 50s, perhaps a little older. He isn't a thin man and he may have a bit of a belly but he could have something fairly weighty under his coat at the front. What that would be, I have no idea. Doubt it's a weapon. Could be paper. Lots and lots of paper.

There are several streets that feed into old colony rd, although it is a dead end. So Barry could have driven to His house from either the east or the west.

He knows more than we know, and it is very possible she was killed in the kitchen. He would have heard that through the family "grapevine" so to speak....JMO...of course I am just assuming here.
We have no proof otherwise on where she was exactly when she was killed.

I am not aware of any evidence that has been released that confirms that she was even murdered while in the house.

Thank you so much for answering my question. One follow-up... if Honey was murdered in a fit of rage, what do you think was used to do it?

For those questioning the M/S and his statements... I feel like it's very unique to have an insider to the case here. This is someone who actually knew BS. The Sherman kids aren't here talking to us, but he is. Whatever theory I believe or don't believe, hearing from KW is always going to be insightful.

Juli there may well be family members reading and positing here? And There may be people posting here who knew HS and or BS, but for various reasons have chosen to not become a VI.

With due respect, why would you make the assumption that KW knows more than we know? You say "he knows more than we know", yet say in your next sentence, "...I am just assuming." From what I understand KW was not a welcome relative and I have never had the impression that any of the Sherman kids had a relationship with KW, therefore no family grapevine. Wondering why you think "it is very possible Honey was killed in the kitchen?" Because KW said so?

What kind of paper?

A thing I found interesting is that the two homes on Vyner Rd. that back onto the synagogue property were vacant lots for a while. I can find that 8 Swansdown was a vacant lot that sold in 2015. The most recent Google aerial view (2020) showed 11 Swansdown in the final stages of construction. If both of those lots were vacant for a couple of years, and there was no fencing at the back whether it's possible someone could have driven a vehicle from the syngogue parking lot over to Vyner Rd. Or even left a vehicle over there.

First of all anything is possible, there is no release of info stating where she was killed, so it is possible she was killed in the kitchen. It is also possible she was killed in the living room or bedroom, we don't know!
Secondly, family connections know more than the public. Weather they were "in" with the family or not they still know more than people reading the news. I had a cousin who was murdered in a very high profile case 25 yrs ago. It was a mob hit. The police told the family some details that was never released to the public while they were trying to solve his case.
No one should be closed off to anything KW says because at this point we have no proof or evidence stating what he said is correct or incorrect. That is how good sleuthing works.

Again, great finds! I think those are 'seals', as opposed to crimescene tape... kind of like what they might put on a trucker's load.. to prove that nobody else had access since the 'seal' was affixed.. so LE must've been keeping close tabs on who exactly was gaining access into the Sherman home.. thankfully... so is this a matter of usual course, or was this because LE felt there was a tangible risk of someone entering to screw up evidence/crimescene?

If he got off the 401 at Bayview, I would imagine he came onto Old Colony from West.
