On page 147 in Kevin Donovan's book, it says: Jack Kay, who has always enjoyed driving a nice vehicle, recallsWhere her husband could be frugal to the point of ostentation, Honey, herself known to fly economy, enjoyed a few upper-middle-class trappings: nice jewellery, a Lexus SUV, getaways with “the girls,” shopping in New York with her sister, Mary. At their funeral, long-time Apotex executive Jack Kay recalled Honey and Sherman visiting his house in the early days of Apotex. Taken aback when she saw a swimming pool, Honey called out her husband for telling her they couldn’t afford one. The differences were showcased at a 50th birthday party Honey threw for Sherman. Guests were guided outside to see a new sports car with a big red bow. “Barry was not happy with the gift,” says Rubin. “ ‘Take it back,’ he told Honey.” She did. Still reading, but the answer may be somewhere in the latter half of this lengthy article?Hey I was just wondering if anyone knows which of the Winters discovered that option agreement in the sale of Empire? I for some reason remember it being Jeff, but I'm not sure...
And it sells papers (stories)Maybe it is just easier, safer & PC to blame LE for crimes committed by others? speculation, imo.
Your memory seems pretty good. This article indicates it was Jeffrey that pursued details of the sale:Hey I was just wondering if anyone knows which of the Winters discovered that option agreement in the sale of Empire? I for some reason remember it being Jeff, but I'm not sure...
Not meaning to be rude, but how do we know this? *I* shop at Holt Renfrew and I'm not wealthy.Barry certainly wouldn’t have shopped at Holt Renfrew, or somewhere similar

Who says this about their murdered parents? Could either Barry or Honey possibly be called “useless” on their own? (moo)rbbm.![]()
Honey Sherman was ‘ultimate connector’ with ‘best Rolodex in the country’
Tales of Barry Sherman’s pharmaceutical empire as the founder of Apotex often position his wife as a secondary character. But Honey was involved in his success from the early days.www.thestar.com
''Honey’s sister Mary said Honey would always pick out Barry’s clothes, and friends said she’d often help him choose what he ate.
The couple’s son, Jonathon, called them “a lock and a key” at their funeral last Thursday: each was “pretty useless” on their own, but together they unlocked the whole world for each other, their kids and the people around them''
One could think, if the parents HS/BS only were functioning as a union (Yin/Yang), they both would have to die at the same time - and they did indeed.Who says this about their murdered parents? Could either Barry or Honey possibly be called “useless” on their own? (moo)
A very good observation. One could think, if the parents HS/BS only were functioning as a union (Yin/Yang), they both would have to die at the same time - and they did indeed.
Somehow points again in a known direction.
One might assume that all involved parties have benefited more than $10m apiece that they would stand to lose. That assumption would certainly narrow the suspect pool. The parallels to the Marshall Ross case are significant and I am sure the TPS have recognized this. However in the Ross case, somebody 'talked' and so far nobody has in the Sherman case. I am surprised the $10 million reward has not had the desired effect.
Could the POI have a prosthetic leg?Re visiting the Night Walker and wondering what he looks like in the summer, does he still walks around that neighbourhood?
It's enough to make a body shiver, imo...
''Toronto Police Service
Security video of person identified as a suspect in the murders of Barry and Honey Sherman who were found dead on December 15, 2017. This person's purpose in the neighbourhood is unexplained. The timing of the appearance is in line with when investigators believe the murders took place. Investigators ask the public to pay particular attention to the person's gait, how they are walking. Through analysis it is believed the suspect is between 5'6 3/4" and 5'9 1/2." There may be a legitimate reason this person is in the neighbourhood and police urge the person to come forward. Anyone with information should call Homicide at 416-808-7400 or give a tip anonymously at Crime Stoppers 416-222-8477 (TIPS).''

Toronto Cops Air Clip of Suspect in Murder of Billionaire Couple
Toronto police are seeking the public’s help to identify a suspect in the murder of Canadian billionaire Barry Sherman and his wife Honey, which has been unsolved for four years.www.bloomberg.com
"Investigators on Tuesday shared video footage of an individual walking in a “defined area” near the Shermans’ home, and staying within that perimeter for “a very suspicious amount of time,” Detective Sergeant Brandon Price said during a news conference. The person appears on more than one piece of video and is the only one caught on hours of footage who hasn’t been identified by police.''
“I would ask that you pay particular attention to the gait, or the stride, or walk style that this person has on the video,” Price said. “The individual is a suspect.”
''The police couldn’t provide the age, weight, skin color, or sex of the only suspect they have announced to date. They only gave an estimated height -- between about 5 feet 6 inches and 5 feet 10 inches tall. They “kick up their right foot with every step,” police said.''
''Michael Arntfield, a University of Western Ontario criminology professor and cold case expert, told the Toronto Sun that homicide detectives could possibly be dealing with an amputee as the possible killer of the Shermans.''![]()

“I received a phone call from at least one physiotherapist. In their experience, the subject observed in the video is an experienced amputee,” Arntfield said, adding he doesn’t have the expertise to determine the veracity of the tip but wanted to make sure it was passed on to police.
“This would explain what I said when I indicated that given the efforts by the offender to otherwise conceal their identification, knowing full well there is CCTV in the area, he is not hiding how he walks.”
He added: “And the fact he has a distinct stride or gait… it is either an intentional misdirect or something the offender would be unable to conceal.”
''You can cover your face, wear a balaclava, add glasses or a beard. It is difficult to hide the fact you’ve had a leg amputated.''
“It’s a reasonable explanation because there is a disconnect between that idiosyncratic trait and his efforts to conceal his identity,” Arntfield said. “It’s like having a tattoo on your face or a giveaway accent. You just can’t hide it.”
Toronto homicide chief Det.-Insp. Hank Idsinga isn’t dismissing the possibility his detectives are hunting an amputee. But he’s not endorsing it, either.''
It could have been due to one person moving the bodies of the victims around which may have resulted in a foot sprain of sorts. In KD's book, it mentions HS as weighing around 170 lbs and KD speculating that it would have taken two people to move her. "Honey weighed 170 pounds, and it is most likely that two people were present, given the difficulty of moving a heavy person who was unconscious or dead." KD's book page 298. It is now believed to be one person per the NW video.rbbm.![]()

Also, does the NW show the same foot condition in the earlier LE videos before getting into the Sherman's house area which has not been shown to the public? This would help to determine if it's a prior foot condition or not.

Also, if the NW has some kind of prosthetic as some medical commentators have said, how could this one individual walk some distance in cold weather, kill two people, drag their bodies around, and pose them?
