The video is an hour and three quarters long.. is there a placemarker you could estimate that would indicate where they got down to some profiling? TIA
I am going to attempt to watch it now. I'll post time stamps on here if I think there is something interesting we should know.

22:40 She explains how it is possible to hang yourself off a railing that is very short etc....(I found this interesting)
30:30 She discusses the theory of a "hit" and quickly rules out it was a "hit Man" and explains why
42:09 She discusses the NW (she says he's not a "hit Man")
49:50 She talks about KW
54:20 - 1:09:50 How can 1 person commit these murders (very interesting. She also discusses about their coats being behind their backs and KW)

Her perspective was interesting BUT she made no mention of the children didn't even mention JS. She mainly talked about KW.

Did a very quick n' loose timestamp on a few comments, fwiw

29:39 Not a signature but M/O

41:00 Praise for Det. Brandon Price's for carefully planned speech at conference.

47:10 NOT A HIT- PERSONAL may be locally known because if in fact there is a perp car, it was parked far away.

57:50 Who can tie someone with one hand? A heroin addict.

Now we’ve got a heroin addict in the post above. Didn’t I mention drugs a while back?

A far cry from heroin but it could be a clue in the murders

There has always been a herion addict in the picture. KW has had a lot of substance issues in his past.

Thanks for taking the time to post those time-links. I'm not seeing a lot about 'profiling' of the killer, more like her conclusions (opinions) of happenings based on the info she had?

Medical personnel, LE and those into BDSM? speculation, imo.

It would also be easy to restrain someone who is very well known to the victim who would be in a state of denial. "Why are you doing this?"

I've forgotten, who it was exactly, but one buyer didn't have interest in the pool and pool area, what I found odd. Was it the buyer, who had the last visit? That is a strange coincidence: the pool area wasn't cleaned (for 3 weeks) AND the buyer had no interest in the pool.

It's not unusual at all. Pools aren't always considered a perk. For many people they are a hassle; too much upkeep, a hazard for young children, a drain on your utility bills for a very short usage, usually four months max. Interior pools come with their own problems too. They make homes a lot more humid. I've been in two homes with indoor pools. In one the whole house reeked of chlorine and the other felt like I was in a tropical forest with all the humidity.

When we sold our century home a couple of years ago we knew our 20 x 40 foot pool was going to be a big deterrent for a lot of potential buyers. Ironically, the people who bought the house didn't care about the pool because they had a cottage a few km away on an island. They planned to fill the pool in so their dogs had room to run.

About the pool cleaning. I wish I could show you some pictures of our pool and what it looked like after we took the cover off in the spring: brown water with frogs in it, and leaves, lots of leaves. After skimming the leaves and removing the frogs, we treated it with chlorine. In less than 24 hours it became a vivid emerald green, all the fine particulates fell to the bottom to be vacuumed up and Voila! it was clear as a bell.

I always felt that the Shermans weren't about to do much updating of the home because I think Honey knew the house was dated and it was probably going to be knocked down for a new build.

Was that belt always on the sheep or was it sporadic? I mean, was the statue just a place on which one might place things in general? Like many of us hang things on a bannister. OR, was the belt part of the sculpture? It’s hard for me to see in the attached image. Thanks.

Also, the statue is wearing a gold dress very much the same colour as we’ve seen H wear.

I think the artwork was related to little Bo Beep who found her sheep. The dress, made from sheet metal, looks like it represents the shawled dress a shepherdess would wear. She has a rope around the sheep's neck bringing it back to the flock. It could also be interpreted as a lamb to the slaughter. The artist probably meant to create diametrically opposed viewpoints. It's unfortunate it was destroyed when the children razed the home.

Does anyone know where the Sherman's condo in Florida was?

Im not sure if you're aware but @Kerry Winter posted here previously. Had some interesting posts that you should be able to go back and read.
I haven’t watched it yet but one can glean a lot from the comments section under the video. Basically, it’s KW or JS.

My understanding was it was only cocaine but it’s obvious that I know very little about the people involved in this case. So, KW was also a heroin addict? Thanks for the info.
