-Homicide Det. Sargent Susan Gomes is speaking today
-Post mortem conducted via forensic pathologist.
-Conjecture and speculation have no place
-All 3 manners of death considered
-As a unit, we have spent 1,000’s of hours on this investigation
-2 Residential places have been searched
-Barry’s digital devices at Apotex were difficult to access in particular
-This morning the residences have been returned
-150 packaged items are being forensically examined
-127 witness statements compiled, and is growing each day
-4 TB of security video from commercial and residential = 500 hours in each of these TB
-Learned that Honey and Barry Wednesday Dec. 13[SUP]th[/SUP]. Neither of the 2 had communicated with family or friends after that.
-No signs of forced entry into the home
-Found deceased hanging by belts in a semi – seated position by the pool, they were wearing their clothing
-There is sufficient evidence to determine that this was a double homicide
-If anyone has anything valuable to the investigation, please come forward
-Q & A - The Sherman's were targeted in this event
-The home was the size that it warranted 6 weeks of review
