Entirely possible, though to me it does seem unlikely she is mentally well given posts like
this (talking about "jumping into somebody's mind on a rescue mission) and
this (go to 3:45 seconds in where she talks about an "investigation of reality" etc. - you will notice this is a very hard to follow tangential video). These videos (imo) go well beyond simply being upset about relationships ending and being a single parent. She also frequently will come to these sudden "realizations" or "tricks" or will feel like she has made a breakthrough every couple days (like
here,
here 40 seconds in,
here). In these videos alone, she shows clear referential delusions (i.e., belief that certain gestures, comments, environmental cues, and so forth are directed at oneself), grandiose delusions (e.g., believing she has special abilities from just being "open"), and very clear disorganized thinking, specifically loose associations and tangentiality (switching from one topic to another or answering things in a way that is only obliquely related to the topic, generally being hard to follow ["saying a lot but not really saying anything at all"). These are hallmark symptoms of a psychotic disorder. Not diagnosing or anything, but there are so many videos on her TikTok that it makes it hard to believe she was not experiencing at least some kind of delusion for me, personally. We will see what happens, though, anything is possible!
