Halifax police seek help finding woman missing since October

Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada -
Halifax Regional Police are asking for the public’s help finding a woman who was last seen in October.

Police say 50-year-old Kim Norris was last seen October 19, 2015 leaving a shelter in Halifax.

Norris is known to travel throughout Canada, and has worked as a labourer in the construction industry.

Investigators have been searching for her for several months, and have reached out to other police agencies to try to track her down. She has not yet been located.

Kim Norris is described as a white woman with long dark hair and blue eyes.

The RCMP say around 4 p.m. Friday a man working in the woods reported to police that he found human remains in a wooded area near Highway 103 in Blockhouse, Lunenburg Co.
