Surely, if someone had given these two a ride either in or out of town before knowing who they are, they know who they are by now, and would tell LE. JMO
Yep there's a lot being said out there but it's like the 80's and reo speedwagon I heard it from a friend who it from a friend. Otherwise it's crickets out there. But there's a lot of tips they need to search threw jmoo

Here is a video link from YouTube from Gray Hughes investigations. In this video he shows the photo Etc.
Grey’s video describes the placement of the bodies different from the eye witness. So idk. I don’t know how much faith I have in Grey’s reports jmo

I guess they could have anticipated want what originally happened to stick. They were reported missing, speculated to be dead, perhaps even victims connected to Chynna and Lucas. We all did go there when they first were just missing. If they were not seen later in the RAV4, who knows if they would have been labeled as suspects. Just a thought.

I'm not sure how they were spotted in Saskatchewan, unless LD had been ID'ed sooner than we knew and therefore his car was also issued a bolo/apb.
If they had stayed ahead of that and perhaps even taken another vehicle sooner, they maybe could have stayed out of the limelight of suspicion. Only other things I can come up with is there was a mechanical issue with their own vehicle, or it cost too must to fill up at the tank. ALL JMO

Regarding the point I bolded, I believe the gas bar clerk recognized them when BC RCMP announced that they were missing. (I might be getting this mixed up with the Split Lake gas bar attendant who found out after they were announced as suspects.)

Doubt it lol I grew up in northern Manitoba never occurred to me. But hey ya learn something every day. But I really don't think they are still in the area .I think they went south Monday. But that's just my opinion
I agree with you and so I was surprised to see the huge mobilisation of RCMP staff and equipment into Gillam. Maybe RCMP have solid intel to justify the influx of resources into the area but it seems like the 2 perps most likely left the area on Monday.

Its tough to follow along in real time as it seems that RCMP protocol is to keep the public 2 days behind but then tell citizens in the potentially affected areas to lock their doors and be safe. There really has been no public news of substance since the burning RAV4 was found that the RCMP deems appropriate for public consumption.

Hard to know what to think at this point other than that I am praying for the safety of people living and traveling in Manitoba and Ontario Provinces tonight!

I didn't get the part about him indicating Chynna being shot in the jaw. Will have to find it and look again.

you watched the right version, if you can find it please post it
he didn't straight out say it but this is websleuths i think we can put 2 and 2 together when he was describing chynna and using his hands to show what he saw, they are gunshot victims that has been confirmed they didn't die via any other means
seems like a man of few words and again I think he was trying to be respectful in what he said about what he saw

I wonder if these two could have stowed away on a private boat or ship somewhere, any thoughts?

  • #827
<modsnip>

Exactly, but I have not seen any reports related to the injuries to any of the three victims.

And you won't until court. Sgt. Janelle Shoihet, the RCMP spokesperson in B.C. said that today to CBC-TV.

I haven't had a chance to read all posts, so my apologies if this has already been asked...but how are they finding their way? How are they charging their cell phones? (presuming they have some burner cell phones) Was there NAV in the RAV?

How could they find their way from "here" (wherever that may be at the moment), unless they have absconded with another vehicle that has NAV?

I can't imagine that they planned to go to Gillam. Was their direction somewhat random?

Eyewitness reports are well-known to be unreliable. The photo in his video shows the exact scene.

Eyewitness reports are well-known to be unreliable.

if the eye witness is the roadside worker guy, i think that is reliable since he was with the bodies and crime scene for 4 hours waiting for the mounties to show up

imagine that though, poor guy having to wait at that scene for 4 hours ugh

Cornering an emotional, attention needing father who's son is possibly a murderer and is being tarred by the media as something you know is not true, is not journalism. It's taking advantage of that person to sprout your own nonsense.
I would like to know how you know this isn't true? If these young men follow alt-right SM accounts and get excited about (and it appears purchased) Nazi paraphernalia inscribed with an exaltation to genocide and then go on a murder spree it's not outlandish to consider the possibility they might just see themselves as members of, or been radicalized by, online neo-nazi or white supremacist groups. After all, members of racist white-rightwing groups have been responsible for a whole lot of murders over the last decade. It's not outlandish given the circumstances to consider whether this might be so, and if it's so whether it might be a contributing factor for their actions (I'm sure LE in Canada are looking very closely at potential ties to these kinds of groups, especially if it might help inform what the duo may do/who they may target next.) So at some point in the future this question of are they/aren't they neo-nazis or neo-nazi adjacent will be answered eventually.

Maybe they aren't, maybe they are lone wolves who are just drawn to Nazi propaganda for its shock value or transgressive signaling- but they've already crossed the line from being into the idea of exterminating other people in the abstract just for the lulz, so???

Also FYI many (many!) self-proclaimed neo-nazi groups are into Russian culture/media/rap etc. VK (the Russian alternative to facebook) is where a lot of self-proclaimed north american white supremacists networked and organized, especially before the rise of Gab which they have since flocked to. Maybe our lads here aren't Nazis, just Nazi admirers. But I am not understanding why floating the possibility they might be connected to these groups and that it warrants more investigation is somehow more ruinous to their good names than, you know, them likley being spree killers.

Finally, I think that being pro-Nazi and being anti-Nazi aren't two sides of the same extremist coin but maybe thats just me.

We have no idea.

I hope they do have burners, as that still allows for potential tracking (if their phone numbers are established from contact with anyone they know).

They could be winging it, going from some local knowledge, using GPS, or using a map.

Anything is possible.

Good point. However, now that I think about it, there is really no difference in what the eyewitness said than what is shown in the photo.

1) Early on it was claimed the bodies were mutilated and that closed coffin funerals would be necessary. I don't believe since thread #1 there has been evidence of this but only rumours. I certainly haven't seen any.

The injuries inflicted were so “brutal”, Ms Deese’s heartbroken brother said the family was told an open casket would not be allowed at her funeral.

Was it in the second part of the interview with the tow truck driver? Remember that one?

  • #836
Sorry, quick question — what is a “gas bar”? How is it different from a gas station?

  • #837
He gave some description in a second video interview. He mentioned Lucas had a small wound and the worker sort of twisted around and pointed to his own side area. That said, it may not have been his only wound. We won't know until the authorities say something publicly.

I didn't get the part about him indicating Chynna being shot in the jaw. Will have to find it and look again.

I believe he said there was foamy dried blood on Chynna's mouth, a possible wound to the lungs???

The only port within thousands of miles is Churchill, and it is not an ordinary seaport. Highly unlikely, and they would quickly be found.

A specific quote from the article you posted:
"It took police three days to identify the couple, reportedly due to the horrific nature of their injuries."
