He didn’t drive from what I know. This leaves: he did the crime at the lake and brought parts home in a bag (the lake has security guards and usually people around so not likely but the area is pretty sketchy). Maybe took a cab or Uber. Bus. Had a friend drive him, bus with a duffle bag? Or bike with bag. On his profile he stated the bike he had since age 17 was stolen. Don’t recall when the date for the theft or the post was.

I don't think she had a car. The last possible sightings I believe were either at the drop in centre she frequented, or a local park.

I believe that Rori may have been introduced to him via a mutual friend. Unfortunately I can't discuss it here.

Somebody who was at the house the other day told me that they watched as police moved items from the storage pods back in to the house. One of the items was a bike.

No, she didn't have a car. I believe she was last seen at a paintball outing at the refuge, then a little later in Memorial Park.

Yes, that's correct. AS wasn't known to RH's mother. Nor was she aware of any interaction(s) between AS and her daughter.

The million-dollar question really remains, as with all cases, "what do we not know"? Obviously RH didn't ask or expect to be murdered and dismembered by this individual, bless her soul, but we're all obviously wondering how their path's could have crossed.

Not sure exactly what Rori's mom does or doesn't know. She didn't seem to know much about Rori's boyfriend or her pregnancy, so I don't think they were talking or seeing each other daily at that point. Remember, she was in hospital and Rori didn't have a phone, so there might have been a disconnect at that time. She said she felt Rori was hunted since day one, so I don't think this is based on any actual evidence, just a gut feeling. As for the uncle, not sure how much of that was just him over-anylizing the event in hindsight. I don't see this case as being one where there was a threat to her, I feel it just happened. We know Rori and AS were frequenting the same area, possibly she lived near by and he was watching her. If you look at what others have said, his pattern is to befriend the "down and out", then lure them to his home. I don't see him straying from that. He didn't have a vehicle, and he lived downtown. If he was to abduct her he'd basically have to carry her home through the downtown streets. Nope, she went to his home willingly and met her fate there.

She very well could have. Rori was very good friends with a guy that literally lived across the street from Adam. About one month before she disappeared this friend said that he had been offered to come for food by random neighbour at Bond & McMillan. As there are only two residences there and Adam has been known to offer food to street people, it is a strong possibility that Rori's friend began associating with Adam. A few days later the friend is back at the neighbours helping him pull weeds, about the same time Adam posted that his landlord was pestering him to pull weeds. I am 90% certain that this kid struck up a relationship with Adam in late July. I think that it is also possible that this guy took Rori to Adams house to partake in Adam's generosity.

Did RH reside near to AJS?

Depends what you consider near. Nobody has actually disclosed where Rori was actually living. I spoke with a friend of hers who said that she lived in the general vicinity of the Refuge/Memorial Park/Tim Hortons, which are all about 1.5KMs from Adams house. So I'd say she was definitely within walking distance.
